I drive 40 minutes for every dental appointment just to go to this specific location because everyone here treats me like family! I’ve been treated by both Dr. Patel and Dr. Basco and they are fantastic and make you feel very comfortable no matter what you’re getting done. Thankful for this dental center that makes dental appointments so easy!

The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. They always assist me when needed since I’m blind and need to be guided to most places I go.

I never made it through the door.I wish I could give you a detailed account of my experience; however, they never called me back to schedule an appointment! I called and left a voicemail about scheduling an appointment. A few weeks later, I called and left my phone number with an office staff member who promised to call me back. Well, it has been at least two months and I have never received a return call. I guess I will not be visiting this dentist!

Love this office! Even with having to go in less than ideal circumstances, staff has been friendly and helpful and Ive always walked away feeling good about the experience. Highly recommend!

Please pass on my appreciation to Dr. Marie Basco of the Monument Road Great Expressions office. I have been a patient of hers for many years and she and her very able assistants always provide expert and compassionate dental care. My recent visit was a continuing confirmation of her skills. Please express my appreciation also to Elsie and Justin. In the “front office”, they are the first to greet a patient with an understanding smile. They are expert schedulers, re-schedulers and are very skilled at clearly explaining dental treatments and dental plan coverage. Marie Basco and her entire staff at the Monument Road Great Expressions office make up an excellent dental care team.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. My wife and I found the staff to be very professional and courteous, especially Elsie, the manager. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.

I literally called to see if I would be able to make an appointment and asked could I provide my insurance info to make sure I’d be covered for a pre ortho and the lady on the other end would not listen and kept trying to talk over me. She kept cutting me off during my questions and I just had to hang up. I still don’t know what to do! And to think I had to assign myself to this place and still won’t know about what I need smh. I’m not sure what the dentists rate but the customer service gets a measly 1 star

Our family first visited Family Dental Care in 1993. Dr. Basco and her patient and caring staff immediately impressed and resulted in our young son to ask us not too change dentist when we relocated to St. Augustine. That was 13 years ago. Now going on 21 years my wife and I happily make drive as we feel part of a family and not just a patient.Great job, and Thank You so much.

This is an amazing staff and Doctors! Dr. Basco is a wonderful dentist and her staff is well trained and helpful. I had a crown come off 2 days before Christmas. Elsie squeezed me in that afternoon and the whole office made sure that I was set for the holidays. Elsie worked with my new Medical PPO to try to get coverage. Ty! For going the extra mile to help me.. Job well done!

In my opinion, this is one of the premier dental offices in Jacksonville. Friends who I have referred to them totally agree. Dr. Marie Basco and her team are always very professional and friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel at home, and the personal attention you get here is first rate! They really take the time to make the sometimes not so exciting visit to the dentist a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Family Dental Care and Dr. Basco to anyone who is looking for or being required to change Dentists.
