Extremely rude and they discriminate against the disability. Just because I use a wheelchair does not give you the right to yell at me just for asking questions when I call. This business was a default provider since I didnt pick one when changing my plan. If anyone knows a caring dentist please let me know

Left message to set appointments for myself and my husband. Its been about 2 weeks. No call from the office. I even gave the name of the referring insurance agent as he requested. I was hesitant about calling because of the other reviews. Called again today to leave another message. Mailbox is full. No, Im not a patient. So please, do call the states attorney on me. Ill let them know as well why I left a one star review. If you care so little about getting new patients, I wonder how you would treat me as a patient. Going to a different dental office.

My dad visited this office, they did Panoramic X-rays and base on that advice him to do root canal on one tooth. Panoramic x-ray is not usually used for root canal and when ask why other x-ray was not done, was told that dantist has 17 years of experience and it what my dad insurance covered. Not to mention that copy of that X-rays printed in the office wasnt readable at all...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I purchased insurance that discounts my dental costs so for my first visit I paid $50 for x-rays which wasn’t bad. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes for the doctor to walk in all frazzled to poke at my teeth and say “yep looks good, I have no hygienists so you’ll have to come back for that cleaning.” I asked what I paid for and if the cleaning was going to be an additional charge. With plenty of attitude she let me know she had no clue and said she was only there for dentistry and didn’t have the time to clean my teeth. She said I needed to ask the people up front. She didn’t tell me anything about my teeth or what she saw. I was told to ask to receptionist and she rudely said there’s nothing in the system. This place is dirty and really unprofessional. Don’t ever go here.

They are always clean and sanitary in there. Pleasant Dentist and Assistants. Have taken care of my husband and myself!!

I was treated there July 2016 and the experience was extraordinarily pleasant the staff is phenomenal and Dr.Nicole is an amazing dentist indeed I highly highly recommend them to everyone! They really do want you to have a healthy beautiful smile because now I Do!

The star is only for the dentist because caters to whimps like me, with that being said the customer service of the front desk is terrible! The customer service of the women at the front is rude and unprofessional from the clothes she wears at work to how she speaks to patients! I have been calling for 2 weeks have left a number of voicemails because I need my x-rays sent to an oral surgeon and they still have not done it and my app was at the end of April and its June 4th. The only reason I will be back is because they are the only ones in Jax that take my insurance unfortunately........update its now december i had my teeth pulled in august the dentures they had made do not fit. I have been calling and calling i never get called back i dont think they know what they are doing my dentures do not fit they adjusted them a number of times they are so loose they rubbed a hole in mu gum to the bone and they tell me to use adhesive. They need shut down!!!!

Ive been very happy with the dentist and stuff so far. Had all my teeth pulled and dentures made. My kids go here now also!

Where do i even start. This place truly holds a special place in my heart. Yall are truly a blessing to me. Thank you so much nicole for fixing my teeth and giving me my self confidence back. Every time i come in there people are always very nice and very welcoming. They make me feel like im the only person in there kinda of like a mom and pop shop. This place has been the best dentist office ever. I wish i had come here sooner. Everytime i have a small issue its always fixed with no problems and if i dont know how to explain it i try to tell nicole and she know exactly what im talking about. If i could come up there everyday to give them a hug i would. I am forever grateful for nicole and her office staff. Thank you again 😍😊

Filled my tooth... filling came out about a month later and they claimed thats not the tooth they worked on...after xray they made me aware I had only one cavity the exact area I wanted them to fix top right side of my mouth and she did repair it...then when I went back to have it repaired again they said it wasnt that tooth she filled it was bottom right thats completely untrue so obviously I had two cavities that the xray didnt show... really people! or she just wanted more money and didnt want to redo for free...I know what I had done to my mouth and Im pissed waste of 140 bucks...l overlooked the daycare atmosphere of about 6 kids they had running around completely unproffesional but dont try and rip me off on top of that!

I didnt even want to give them one star!!! They have been horrible! Every visit was bad...un knowledgeable staff....they dont help they only hurt. Dr. Bunxh suggeated I het dentures and or partials and I basically had perfect teeth excwpt for a few cavities and a lost simi front tooth. Well i scheduled my appointment. They had a fill in Dentist that just gave me the Dentures. Well it took rjem 4 times to do the mold. Whwn the Dentures came out thwy lookes like ugly chicklets (like the candy) it was so nad and they sisnt fit amd tried to fit them but couls never do it right. So when De. Bunxh came back ahe molded me for a new pair that looked a little better but didnt fit i kept coming back for my re fittings and it just got worse. Then at home when gluged in they just fell out and broke and then they wouldnt fix them. Plus rhey still didnt fit at all. Well I made a formal complaint to my insurance and went somewhere else. Now when i called evem though it was against my better judgment to make xleanings dor my husband and son. They took FOREVER on the phone and then told me that my husband misses a precious appt. Which my Husband doesnt make his own...they said that I needed to pay a $35 missed appt. Cost. I habe Mwsifaid and on a very fixed income obviously this$35 charge would come from where? I just them Ill find someome else ans they are rude and especially Dr. Bunches Husband. NEVER GO THERE

Ive had a great experiance with this office so far and love the staff.
