Jessica, Stephen and Preacher were amazing! From start to finish they made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and they stuck to their word. They were all very professional and friendly and I know they took care of my daddy with dignity and respect. This was the first time I ever had to do this and they made the process so smooth and stress free for my family and I. Everything was done timely and without error. I will definitely recommend them to everyone in need of cremation and end of life services.

ACS took care of the spouse of a dear friend of mine with such kindness and compassion. They made the family feel like their loved one was as special to them as he was to the family, and that assured the family that their loved one had been well treated while in their care. You have a better chance of winning the lottery and getting hit by lightning both on the same day before ANYONE from this place will call you back! I left messages no less then eight times and no call back. That was after we filled out the online form, called to make sure they had it, which they said they did and read my Wife’s name back to us only to find out three days later that they didn’t have it. Then to get my wife’s remains back you have to talk to someone else and provide that person with your credit card info as well. And that person didn’t return a call as well! Every time we called it sounded like the person on the other end was just getting into their car or was shopping or something. I would never use this place again and would not recommend them.UPDATE: I got a call back! Only after I posted this bad review! That alone speaks volumes.

I am pleased to share a 5 Star review of Affordable Cremation Solutions. (ACS) My mom passed away while she was a patient of Hospice at Baptist South and ACS picked her up quickly, yet affording me time before they did. The courtesies extended to me were wonderful. I felt like I was working with family. Jessica’s customer service was top notch, and her kindness was exceptional. Mom’s remains were ready quickly and Jessica gave us an appointment to pick them up the next day. Jessica offered words of comfort and was so easy to talk with. There were no glitches of any type.

When I needed them they were there who would have thought it would be in the middle of the night but they answered a REAL person answered the phone. What a relief. I didn’t know what to do but he did thank you thank you for such a wonderful service !!

I had the unfortunate need to use this company when my wife passed from this life from the very first interaction with them I knew I had made the right choice. Professional detail oriented and probably the most important was their concern for my well-being I highly recommend them thank you for being here for me when I needed you!

The lady I talked to seemed kinda creepy. No personally at all.In my opinion. The keepsakes are very over priced @ $75.00 each. That was their cheaper ones. I found the same keepsakes, of course with out the ashes, for $4.00 online.

I was responsible for carrying out the final wishes of an elderly neighbor. Affordable Cremation Solutions was an answer to my prayers. Steven answered all of my questions prior to my neighbor’s death, and Jessica handled the transportation of her body and cremation. They even held the ashes until we returned from an out of town trip that had been planed. We are so pleased with all they did at a VERY affordable price. Professional and compassionate!!!

A small “mom and pop” cremation company that does absolutely great work. Jessica helped my brother and I with the passing of our mother. They provided great service, were patient, and even expressed words of comfort. Any questions I had, they answered them - whether by phone call or text. I live out of state, and they even mailed me my keepsakes free of charge. Very affordable, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Im so incredibly grateful for Affordable Cremation Solutions. After the passing of my mother-in-law, I was tasked with finding a cremation service to carry out her wishes. I called multiple funeral homes and cremation services for quotes and information. Steven was incredibly kind and respectful during the initial call and ACS was absolutely true to their name, cost-wise. Once we decided to go with them, the process went very smoothly. We never felt any pressure to buy anything extra and there were absolutely no surprises when the invoice came. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things a family can go through and ACS made it a little easier for us. When my husband, Paul, passed, I called Affordable Cremation Solutions because I had done my researche in surrounding area. Affordable Cremations is the most reasonably priced and all they do is cremations. I called to tell them of my husbands passing while in tears. The gentleman, Mr Stephen, ask me because I couldnt get through what I needed to for crying, if someone was there with me. Then told me to take my time. He scheduled to come to Green Cove at 3:30 to pick my husband up. He showed up at 3:30 and was so very patient , understanding, and so nice.He explained everything to me and how things would continue from there. He did not pressure me at all into anything, including trying to sell me an urn....nothing. He and his son were very respectful of my husband, in taking care of him, as well as me!! His office administrator, Jessica, kept me informed of what was happening and when I could expect my husbands ashes. Im disabled, so instead of having me drive to Arlington, Mr Stephens and Jessica brought my husbands ashes, as well as, the death certificates out to me!! They also got my husband home before the Christmas holiday!!! I absolutely love how I was treated as well as how respectively my husband was handled!!

From the passing of my husband to receiving his ashes, they have been wonderful - never too busy for questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. They really feel for you, at the same time being totally professional. Your loved one will be in caring hands....

Amazing service and kindness. From they first call until the end of the process they were professional and very helpful. We had no experience with cremation and needed lots guidance and they were wonderful. Would definitely use them again they were very respectful.

My father was a veteran and they honored that and help where ever they could. In this hard time they where very helpful even with all the calls i gave them. And they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in time for my fathers Memorial.

My husband passed away in 2016. I did some research and they appeared to be the most affordable. They treated my husbands remains and me with the utmost courtesy, dignity and professionalism. When my granddaughters mother passed away on Christmas, the girls were beside themselves with grief. I recommended Affordable Creamations to them. They treated them with the same courtesy, professionalism and dignity they showed me. If you ever need this type of service, I would highly recommend using their services.

Helped my fiancé with the lost of her pet very well. The owner met us immediately the night it happened, and helped make the process as painless as possible for us. He did a great job handling our pet, and gave us the what ever amount of time we needed until we were ready to pick it back up! Does a great job on cremation. If you need an obituary done, they want submit one for you.Also if you purchase your on urn and want your ash put in it, they want do that either. So all Im saying is there good at cremation and thats it.

This place is an absolutely amazing, Affordable, and so thoughtful and kind!! They helped me cremate my dad and even mailed him to me in NY with extra copies of certificates and even a temporary urn!!!! Not many places do that usually if you do not buy an urn they give you youre loved one in a box.... August 24, 2017 my family arrived in Jacksonville from New York for a first time visit. I lost my 36yr old baby sister 4am the next day! With everyone besides themselves we still needed to press on. With limited time & funds available the other establishments made me feel 2nd rate, as if I were bothering them with questions. Affordable Cremation were the most accommodating, personable, understanding, & yes, affordable. I knew that my sister would be taken care of. Steven took calls & questions from several family members from several states at any given moment & each time his demeanor never changed. Steven dealt with us as if we were acquaintances. Calling her by her name touched my heart. I felt that she was not just another customer. Losing a loved one is never easy however Steven proved the perfect guide. Starr was treated with dignity from beginning of the process til the end. At the closing we were dazed & numb but when he mentioned our 5yr olds good behavior it brought us back to the moment, a reminder that Christ had already planned this out & that life is still happening & very much present! Worst service ever. Once they hsve your money you wil start hearing the blame game. Not my fault, not our responsibility, or just pick one Im they havee used it before.

My father passed away suddenly and did not leave much in the way of finances. We reached out to ACS and Steven could not have been more compassionate and kind. He was available for the many calls and questions that I had in this crazy thing me of need. I believe that they went above and beyond and I thank them for lightening this burden.

They dont stand by their word it took them 10 days before the cremated my gran child had to call them several times we could not see her after the first day they picked her up from the hospital
