This place has no mercy and will stop at NOTHING to get their money including garnishing wages during a pandemic! Before you get any kind of loan from this place make sure your life is perfect and if the world were to end tomorrow that you have a way to pay them back. Make sure nothing unexpected happens like , I don’t know, the death of a family member because if it causes you to miss any payments; they will stop at nothing to get it from you.

I have been waiting for 5 hours for a call back from sherry to answer a question I had that was a simple yes or no. I’ve made several attempts at calling her back and cannot get anyone to pick up the phone in any of the sections for this credit union.

I called because after 16years of banking with this company they started charging me a withdrawal fee. The Lady (Debra) that picked up the phone was very rude to me. She was no help at all. Publix use to have great customer service, I don’t know what happened!!!!

Horrible credit union! They only care about their money, period. I was threatened by staff that my account may be closed due to disputes, even though somehow my card was compromised and this was my first fraud dispute. When you have issues with merchants, or other transactions, you go to your credit union to help you resolve them. I should not be treated like a criminal for such actions as this is how it plays out at all banking institutions. To make matters worse, the few claims Ive had, were completely screwed up by their back office and outsourced agents in the phillipines. Take my advice, run far away from this credit union, clearly they live in a dream world and believe people should just lose money on what they buy, or unauthorized transactions.

My husband has had a personal bank account with PEFCU since 1997 and we have had a business bank account with them since 2003. They have always been professional and attentive to our needs. I appreciate their warm personalities and their desire to make sure our needs are met as customers. Everyone should bank here!

I think they are still using hand calculator and a abacus to do the work of the 1980 banking software when I applied for a job there last year...and a sundial to tell time
