1.15 pm 12/10/21 The person covering for the regular receptionist is demeaning, interruptive, and unhelpful. An elderly customer came in not understanding a pin number and she treated her like a child. Someone needs to educate this person on customer service skills.

Warning about this place. I opened an account for my son here about 10yrs ago. He turns 20 next month. I’ve been working with my son yo build his credit. About 4 months ago I co signed a truck with him and about 7- months ago he open a credit card. He’s been paying his card through Marine Fedrral account. All the sudden this month a month before he turn 20 they stopped him from paying his credit card payment. So I called them, they didn’t want to help me told me I had to come in with my wife a sign some stuff. Why didn’t they tell me this when I was co signing a loan with my son? I’ve been in the bank plenty of times and they didn’t say anything to me. Instead they just stopped my son from making a payment and are going to hurt his credit. They were rude over the phone and told me this was my fault. I had no clue that his account had to be updated. Why did it take the bank 7- months for them to stop this if he wasn’t suppose to be doing it in the 1st place. I thought they were suppose to help my son build his credit not hurt his credit. I’m still at a lost on what to do.3/8/21 Update, never got a call after this post. These People really don’t care. My son has opened an account at Navy Federal. I will be closing all my accounts here sometime soon

I think they are a good little bank. Been pretty easy to work with. I only closed my account because I moved to a state where they dont have any locations. I have had cards with them and car loans, everything was fine. Pretty standard credit union. Fairly easy to work with when ever things came up.

I hate the new Finicity for express payment(s). I use to be able to enter my routing, and account number manually now I have to find my bank, then try to login and I can not login. I hope this new update is used to get the 3% from customers by making payments by phone. If so, some may consider turning in their car to the bank, and stop making payments on their car. When I made a payment by phone, I was asked for my routing number, and account number. So, the representative has access to enter the account and routing number to make my payment, but I have to search for my bank and log into my other bank using Marine federal site.

I think the teller was new cause it seemed they had trainers up there with them the money machine had issues had to use like 3 different ones to get my money counted but everyone was friendly except the lady we had at the drive thru we went inside instead.

This whole organization is vultures. Tried and tried to work with them, only to end up with them suing me while I laid in a hospital bed. Little advance go somewhere else for any loan like USAA. Cause when life changing events happen this credit union will only make life worse.

This sham of a financial institution lost my fiances car title when we refinanced his auto loan to a credit union thats closer to where we moved. Instead of admitting it or fixing it, they keep putting him on hold and promising to send proof of mailing. Its now cost him $170 in higher interest accrued at the new institution as his new loan is no longer secured without the title.They cant keep important paperwork straight- I wouldnt trust them with a dime.

Their employee gave me gave me wrong information. My account ended up in the negative as a result. They would not fix it. One of their managers or whomever call me and left a message saying I should come in so she could explain my account to me. Like it was my fault. Today I went to close my daughters account. They would not let me withdrawl her money and close her account until mine was nolonger in the negative. You cant get much shadier than that. If you need a bank you and your family can trust dont go to MFCU!

Sold my Jeep over 3 months ago and MFCU keeps screwing up the paperwork and the check amount. I still don’t have my check. My attorney is involved now. This place is a joke!
