I am travelling and made every plan to have my medication refilled while away from home.Dr. Pathak gave me wrong information that has had me calling pharmacies for days trying to figure this out. the end result is that every person is telling me that Dr. Pathak should have sent it and is the only person who can. Because of her mistake she left me stranded for a week driving across the country without meds that I have only been taking for a month. The office staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called. your doctor isnt working today or tomorrow and wont be in Monday because of the labor day holiday... and we close in 20 mins. What kind of mental health office doesnt have after hours service or a way to contact doctors in an emergency? This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. No direct number. No direct email. As soon as Im home Im switching offices and filing a coming with my insurance company.

I called Comprehensive last week to try and get help. Just a month ago I woke up to find my boyfriend I lived with deceased. I was told I would receive a call back about an appointment. So today, a week later I called them to find out why I had heard nothing from them. I was told oh, well neither doctor was willing to take you on as a client . This wasnt because of them being overbooked but they just didnt feel I met their criteria. And they know this how? Absolutely unprofessional. I never even got a call back!

A moment agoIf I can give these folks zero stars, I would. They are all about money. Since COVID, they do their appointments online. My last appointment was July in which my doctor switched my medication. Usually they say give a new prescription a full month before changing which I did. I called my doctor letting him know I been having severe migraines and I barely could get out the bed. He told me to get my FMLA paperwork and switched my medication again. I sent his office my packet and was told everything would be completed by the end of the week for a $98 charge. I had no problem with that. Well the end of the week came and went. I contacted the office again and was told the doctor was busy all day and could not get to my paperwork. So I got a tad bit frustrated and told the office that O been waiting as I needed the paperwork to return to work. I get another call saying the doctor isnt going to fill it out as he didnt think I needed the time off for my condition. Mind you, this is almost 2 weeks later!

Babur Bhatti prescribed two medications for my wife. Shes having serious side effects, but the website for the medication says not to discontinue without consulting the doctor. Comprehensive Med-Psych Systems says she has to come in and he wont talk to her on the phone. So... a doctor who wont help a patient unless they drive in to the office after telling them shes got vertigo and cant drive. Obviously all they care about is collecting that money. Sad.

Unfortunately, the President of the practice has no ethical standards whatsoever. The trouble is that him and his sister/cousin (not sure which) who is also a doctor there are probably the two worst people I’ve ever met in my life. They don’t care about you AT ALL. They only care about getting paid. They may think I’m going to drop the whole thing and walk...not a chance. It’s a shame because I have no doubt that some good doctors work here. But do they know they’re working for a total scam artist? Just a brief example, they had me self pay, then accepted payment from my insurance, then refused to give it back to me because they said it was a “forensics” case which it was not. I have proof of that, they’ll find out soon enough. They owe me $1,951.86 then they LIED and said they returned the payment to the insurance company. I have confirmed with my insurance that payment has not been returned to them.I’m not even going to get into the HIPAA violations that they made. As a healthcare professional myself I have taken countless courses on HIPAA. We have an appellate court system for a reason. I don’t know if they pulled some kind of political stunt but a complaint does NOT go to the prosecution services unit for no reason. There was a reason and the reason was very simple...Dr. Parsons is a complete idiot for what she did to me. I think her words to me in an email were “I’m sure this has caused you a great deal of emotional distress” ....that’s basically admitting guilt. The damages that I now have to put up with for YEARS to come are irreversible. I am 100% certain neither of you care. Go ahead and think you won, you didn’t. Karma is REAL. This isn’t over.If Dr. Kanter wants to jump in and make some sort of unprofessional comment (which I’m sure he will) it will consist of lies, belittling, and who knows what else. I have seen him do it to other people who complain at other locations. He openly gives out information about the patient or patient’s family on a google review now what does that tell you? Screams unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, zero compassion for patients or people in general, and simply shows the validity of my claim. If he doesn’t jump in, it’s probably because he knows I will use every bit of info I can on him.Just another example: when I first started at Comprehensive MedPsych Systems I saw Dr. Vallrugo who was very good. She left the practice because of how horribly it was run. After her I went to Dr. McDonald, she was a good doctor and I never once had an issue with her or her receptionist Lindsay. In fact, that’s what’s so upsetting....there are some good doctors here but the president of the practice is a scum bag. It’s unfortunate I can’t continue to see Dr. McDonald because of this scum bag.Karma is real.
