My wife had a stroke and is in a wheelchair and is a 100% assist right now we had to move so we came to Jersey county only place we had to go and now to stop it off my wife got a 140 hours a month for assistance come here and this lady cuts her hours to 80 what makes no sense at all the lady we spoke to does not know her job at all
