Not enough good things to say. Dr. Alyssa helped my son with a shoulder injury and overall discomfort with football, she very well may have saved him some games. She takes her time, is so thorough and kind. My son is a very shy kid, but he is comfortable with her! He also saw one other gentleman there once, I have seen another and my husband someone different so in total my family has seen four doctors there all of which were awesome. Nothing bad to say! Genuinely amazing, clean, even the people at the front desk are amazing. Just be cautious of the time and day you go, most times we are in and out in ten minutes. theres been two times its packed and then you will have a little wait.

I used to go to The Joint Chiropractic Clinic on Atlantic Blvd and it was an awesome overall experience while I was a regular customer over a year ago. Very friendly and professional staff all around. Alyssa and Jonathan were my favorite chiropractors there always had great conversations about sports while I was receiving treatment there. Always looked forward to going there for my chronic lower back pain and migraines. Always received great relief afterwards. I highly recommend this location, especially if Alyssa and Jonathan are still there to take care of your chiropractic needs.

I went in there 45 minutes prior to closing time when they had NO costumers at all and the doctor refused to see me.It was my first time going to their location as a first time patient and definitely not going to be going to go back thanks to their poor costumer service.The receptionist said we could be seen and handed me the first time patient paper work and doctor Larissa called her back and said she had some paper work to finish and then she was going to see me... a few minutes go by and the receptionist said I had to wait because 30 minutes before closing people usually start showing up. A guy and his wife did a “walk in “ and they immediately took him back to see the doctor. I asked the receptionist if they were going to see me and she said “unfortunately we can’t because the doctor has some paper work to do”. So here I am feeling annoyed because they could of just told me that from the start instead of having me fill the paper work and wasting my time.

Laresa at the front desk is so sweet and has great customer service skills! The doctors are amazing, as well. I’ve had shoulder and neck pain for about ten years now. I was always so afraid to have someone “mess with” my neck and spine. Boy, was I wrong! My first experience was with Doctor Molly. She put my mind at ease and made the whole experience such a great one! I finally have relief from my pain and the only regret I have is that I did not try it sooner! I only visit this location. The doctors are too awesome and helpful!

Dr Kelsey is amazing and unlocked my hips and back. I don’t know why I suffered so long. Thank you So much. Also your receptionist is the most welcoming and professional woman I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve seen her in both locations and she always so pleasant and bends over backwards to help you. I won’t let myself forget her name next time because she deserves recognition.

I am a member of The Joint Chiropractic for about 2 years now coming regularly for adjustment at least once a week since I have an active lifestyle.Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They will tend to your needs and hear your concerns/questions and will help you out as they can. I love coming here and feeling better each time after an adjustment.

Very disappointed. I came in at 630pm tonight with a friend who had never been and was in a lot of pain. We were told I could be seen but they didnt have time to see a new patient. I was told we close at 7, like we walk out the door at 7p. The staff either needs training on how hours work or you all need to change your hours. If I come in at 659p and your hours are till 7p I better be seen. Very poorly handled and you just lost a current client and a new client.

I love Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Jon. When I first started I was going twice a week, seeing each of them once. Alyssa is very quick and effective in her adjustments. I currently see Jon due to my schedule and he takes an extra few minutes to evaluate and add additional adjustments that I may need to my visit. They are both very thorough and very professional yet down to earth. My sciatica issues are almost completely gone, and my right shoulder blade hasn’t been locking up like it would do at the most random times. Very thankful for all they do.

Theyre very upfront about pricing and options in relations to that. They do deals that are not necessarily announced so going in and talking to them could mean even better than you expected! (I ended up with 3 extra visits for my first month.) But the best part is that they have a variety of practitioners that announce their schedules ahead of time so you can find one(s) that suit your needs or maybe one(s) that youre not a huge fan of if thats the case but every single person Ive worked with there has been very educated and super helpful as a single parent to an infant. They always make sure that not only am I cared for, but that I feel like my son is safe and secure while Im distracted. Even the front desk receptionists are very pleasant and helpful.I went in for migraines knowing that it was related to neck/back issues and in just the first month alone, Ive went from a constant headache that turned into almost daily migraines down to just a headache, although it is still most days, and only an occasional migraine. I cant wait to see what another month can do. I wish I had started these visits much, much earlier. Worth every penny!

Ive gone to the Joint several times already, especially this branch on Atlantic Blvd. Ive had wonderful experiences each and every time.My wife and I agree that Dr. Smith is absolutely terrific. Shes honestly our favorite Chiropractor weve met this far. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens well to our needs. She fully explains the reasoning for our adjustments and continues to answer all of our questions.The facility is very neat and tidy. All the staff that are there are very welcoming and make every experience enjoyable.I couldnt recommend the Joint enough. Ive had instances when I could barely turn my head or walk upright due to sciatica and various other injuries. But anytime Im feeling off, I know exactly where to go to.

I’ve had hip and sciatica for years. They (especially Alyssa) have been a game changer for me and lifestyle. Back to playing sports and actually not having to limp for 2-3 afterwards and just overall better life quality. Please be aware...this is not a one stop shop that fixes up any issues. It works for some things and works for others. It takes time and many sessions to see longer term results so please know you prob will have to commit to some sessions. You will notice they do NOT try to sell you like some chiropractic offices. I feel like they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr Elisa Smith is absolutely awesome! She is a “Chiropractic Angel”. How she generates the right amount of pressure every time is nothing short of amazing. Whether she is adjusting upper back, lower back, neck, knees, shoulders; it doesn’t matter. She is a true Master of her Craft! I purposely go out of my way to find out when and where she is working - she’s that good!

The staff at The Joint Harbour Village is top notch.I went in with a neck injury, Dr. Smith insisted I get some x-rays to rule out a broken vertebra or other more severe injury. Dr. Jon was on duty when I came in after my radiology. He performed a very thorough exam, and first adjustment.After 5 adjustments, my neck is near normal. All of the Chiropractors that have treated me have been effective, friendly and thorough. Nothing but praise, highly recommended!

Front desk staff is fantastic, welcoming and helpful. I think Ryan[Bryan not sure],Grant and the guy from Miami seem to be the most knowledgeable. Ive been telling the other doctors my shoulder hurts for months. They are the only ones who have listened[hence the 4 not 5 stars]. I wish they would have always been there. The other doctors seem to just go through the motions. Dr. John asks you whats bothering you and its like he doesnt even hear or understand what youre saying.

Im a new client of the Joint and Ive had a great experience so far. Im trying out all the doctors, so far I think Ive seen everybody except one. Very impressed with everybody skill and approach.

Never had a bad experience at any joint chiropractic center. In Jacksonville I only go to two chiropractors who give what I call power adjustments- Dr. Phil and Dr. Jon will be your best bet!

I made a appointment and went in filled all paperwork out and they still took people that came in way after me first. I was told they take all existing patients first. They took one man in front of me that came in after me and that was fine but then to take another was not proper so once gently stating that I was told at most doctors offices you have to wait 45 min to be seen. The person at the front desk is not making good decisions for the business.

A little while back I injured my neck, and made an appointment with another chiropractor and that appointment fell through and I was looking for something right away because I was in such pain. The Joint Chiropractic came to the rescue! I came in and was nervous because it was my first treatment and I was coming in with a neck injury. Within a couple of treatments I was back to normal with my neck. They were awesome, I just couldn’t resist their monthly package, and each week I look forward to getting adjusted for maintenance. Both of the doctors at this location are great and very friendly staff.

I love the Joint Harbor Village! And I love Dr. Smith! I moved to the area from Missouri and I had such difficulty finding a reliable chiropractic office here in Jacksonville. I went thru 5+ offices before I found Dr. Smith, Dr. Cameron, Alexis, Shea, and the rest of the team! The front desk wellness coordinators are so helpful and make my visits into the office not just painless but extremely enjoyable! The doctors are full of knowledge and incite as the health of my spine.The location is easy to find on Atlantic and no matter what time of the day I come in I am seen quickly. Here at this office the staff really listens. I am a full time server at a restaurant and my work is very hard on my spine, ankles, feet, and knees. I absolutely love The Joint Chiropractic.For months before they opened I had constant neck pain and lower back pain. I changed out my mattress and my pillow which helped a little but I was still in pain and had horrible headaches which I never had before the neck pain. Getting adjusted by Dr Alyssa every week has been a life changer. My pain has subsided and I have great range of motion in neck and I havent had a headache since. Dr Cam is great as well, I like how he asks how my body is feeling and treats areas I didnt mention in my initial appointment. The staff is friendly and always smiling and thats awesome as well. Went to this office today (15 miles drive) because they advertised Walk-Ins no appointment necessary. I let the receptionist know the how and why for my visit. I am requested to make an appointment because the coordinator is not present. I tell her Id like to get a consultation today if possible, let me go to the other location in the TownCenter. I call the TC location and tell the receptionist I am coming over can I get an INITIAL CONSULTATION there? He assures me yes, come on over. Almost arriving at the alternate location, I get a call from a Dr Sheetz who says I shouldnt waste my time coming over as they cant do anything without seeing images/xrays from an MRI by an Urgent Care/ER facility.I went to the trouble to drive there just to find out I wasnt eligible for an INITIAL CONSULTATION based on a few questions I was asked at the first office by a receptionist. APPARENTLY SHE concluded I had damage inside my shoulder and they dont do any adjustments if there is tendon or ligament damage. I never MENTIONED ligament or tendon damage to her but she concluded on her own that I must have damage and therefore that was beyond their ability and scope. Im not sure at all Id ever visit a chiropractor again for anything based on this encounter. Maybe a psychic could tell me more without any examination at all because they never either bothered. Thanks for nothing!

This was my first time at a chiropractor and I’m so glad I went to The Joint. The office staff is incredibly helpful and the doctor was super informative.

I had excrusiating lower back pain for almost 3 weeks and tried everything I knew to do before I finally gave in and came in. After one session I had 80% relief. I have never used a chiropractor before and was nervous as could be. I was walked and talked through the entire process. I was set up on a plan so that I can get back to my 100%. If youre thinking of seeing a chiropractor I highly suggest The Joint Chiropratctic. Their operating hours will fit anyones schedule as well.
