The chiropractor and his office staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I took my 6 year old daughter for an evaluation and they made her feel very comfortable since she was a little nervous. They explained everything thoroughly to us. I highly recommended this office!

When Dr. Castelli started doing several observation and flexibility tests on me, I immediately thought, I AM IN THE RIGHT PLACE WITH THE PERFECT CHIROPRACTOR. After having strong and permanent pain, today we are at a level of Moderate and not permanent pain. This place is being advertised as willing to endanger others for $50 (which is what they charge to sign your kids opt-out form so he/she doesnt have to wear a mask in school). Chiros arent doctors--theyre not allowed to write prescriptions--so I have no idea why anyone would accept an opt-out form signed by them. This is why Florida is leading the nation in children hospitalized with COVID. Easy money if you dont mind sacrificing a few people along the way.

Dr. Castelli is probably one of the best chiropractor in town. 12 years ago, he helped my Son who was probably 6 months old at the time, and had issue with his bowel movement. I took my Son to Dr. Castelli and instantly was able to help the issue. It was AMAZING. Additionally, I play a competitive tennis and occasionally have issues with my right shoulder and right arm. Dr. Castelli has always there to fixed and alleviate the pain.

Castelli Choropratic Center is absolutely the best center in town. I have only been coming here for a few weeks and Ive never felt better. Less aches and pains period. I can not thank Dr. Castelli & his team enough for everything! I was very skeptical to see a Chiropractor at first, but no matter what else I tried nothing was helping my neck/shoulder pain. I really thought I was going to have to have surgery which really wasn’t an option for me because I couldn’t afford to take that much time off from my company. After I started seeing Dr. Castelli I started feeling so much better. The pain became less intense and eventually almost completely gone and I began to notice how much more I was able to do. I also had bad headaches almost every day. I never knew that would be connected to my neck/shoulder issues or that seeing a chiropractor could help with that. But since ive started coming in I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a headache. Thank you so much for everything!! You guys are awesome and I’m so glad i Finally started coming in!!!
