Have been using this office for many, many years. Love the staff and the chiropractors! I also use the massage therapist and she is also great ! Giving them a 4 out of 5 because the massage is still only 15 minutes and that almost makes me want to go elsewhere for that!!

I was very disappointed when my insurance didnt cover my previous chiropractor. However when I met with Dr Chris he was very kind and everyone was extremely accommodating. The facility has multitudinous equipment and its all effective and amazing. I cant wait to continue to see this doctor.

From the first moment I walked in the office, I was welcome by courteous front desk girls like Alondra, to follow up then with a detail questionarie about my symptoms done by Zochi. It was a great pleasure to meet Doctor Renee, engaging in a detailed conversation and prior exam about my symptoms and then letting me know what to expect at his practice. The first day I left so relieved from my middle back section excruciating pain after a massage on both tables. I have been attending for four months and I have always left fully satisfied by the amazing medical services provided by Dr. Woody. He is very professional, caring and gentle and works treating the specific areas where you are hurting and tense. Every appointment I have attended here has been excellent from beginning to end. They are the best! It has made a huge difference finding out the cause to my pain. Im looking forward to my next appointment and their outstanding services!

If you have landed on this review, after scrolling past the countless other 5 star reviews, and are still somehow hesitant on seeing the doctors and staff at Active Medical & Chiropractic, just know that I would break my neck over and over just to get treatment again by this incredible team (theyre that good). Dr. Renne was able to provide insight as to why I had been suffering neck pains for 3 years and after almost 3 months of treatment, I am no longer experiencing the pain I was once used to. Dr. Rennes attention to my specific case also made me feel like I wasnt on some sort of patient assembly line which is what I felt like with my previous chiropractor. On top of that, the massage therapist and the staff are just the chefs kiss. Everyone is so nice and helpful even when my appointment is at 7am, first thing in the morning. Weve been going here since March of this year and I dont have not one bad thing to say about them. The staff is great. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and sweet. They make you wash your hands before going any further to the rooms to start your appointment. By them doing this it makes me feel alot safer to be there. Ive been going here for about 3 years. Dr. Renne, while remaining professional, is so friendly and helpful, and amazing at what he does. Doesnt make too many or too painful of adjustments, just what you need.All the massage therapists are excellent (my biweekly treat, as I work in food service and need a good muscle-loosening occasionally), and overall the staff is very accommodating and warm. I first came to Dr. Renee about 6-7 years ago off of a recommendation from a friend of mine in the medical field. I was not disappointed. Dr. Renee was/is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He genuinely cares about his patients and is focused on getting each individual a treatment plan based on their specific needs; most others I have been to just try to sell services and treat patients like sheep to be processed in and out. The staff is also very welcoming and professional. (Fast forward) I recently found myself needing chiropractic services again due to a fall and I was worried he wasnt practicing in Jacksonville anymore but thank goodness I found them at their new location! Dr. Woody and their massage therapist staff have saved my life. I have a 45 degree scoliosis curve in my back and I go get adjusted every 4 weeks for about the past 4 years with them. Every time I walk in there tight, I walk out feeling better. I would not be able to function normally if it wasnt for them. I make sure I get massaged and adjusted before any vacation just to be sure my back doesnt both me while I am walking around for miles. Combined with their stretch recommendations, I am literally back pain free which is absolutely incredible in my condition. I cant recommend them enough!

Dr. Renne, Dr. Woody, and the staff at Active Medical & Chiropractic have been fantastic for me. After struggling with back problems for the past 10 years, I decided that 2017 was the year to get my issues cleared up. After thorough examination and x rays, we established a plan to minimize and eliminate the pain I had been suffering from. I loved how they worked their way up to adjustments, not just taking you back and giving you the full run down of adjustments. They realize that it takes time for your body to handle and respond to adjustments. But its not just adjustments I go for, a big part of my healing has come through manual therapy, aka massage therapy, given by Beth who is amazing! I used to tell my massage therapists to avoid my lower back because it was just so sensitive. She was gentle at first and truly worked up to the sensitive parts. She seeks the problem areas instead of having to be told where they are, knowing full well that the source of pain is not always where you think it is. The combination of attentive and caring service and steady improvement is why I continually work with them while tapering down my visits to maintenance now.

I dont know what I would of done without them. 5 stars cant quantify the gratitude I feel for the group of caring professionals that are there. I went from absolute skeptic to devoted believer.

I would encourage anyone who is experiencing back pain, migraines, or other skeletal-muscular difficulties to come visit Dr. Renne and Dr. Woody. I have had back pain for the majority of my life and I had never experienced any relief. After being thoroughly evaluated by Dr. Renne, he created a treatment plan specific to my situation. Within two weeks, I could tell the difference. Initially, I visited his clinic twice a week for approximately 3 weeks. Now, I only need to visit once a month and I am essentially pain-free. Folks... Dont wait around in pain like I did. Id been saying for some time that I needed to go to a chiropractor or physical therapist for two years since moving to Jacksonville... But I put it off because the idea of going to yet another doctor who doesnt relieve my pain was a hassle I didnt want to deal with. Finally it got to be too much and I went to see Dr. Renee and Dr. Woody. You guys... I wish Id gone so much sooner! Only two visits later and Im a different person. I still have some work to do, but I have faith that in just a few more visits Ill be back to new. I cant say enough good things about these guys. After 3 kids I thought back and hip pain were just the new normal. Now I know I can live pain free!
