I called to make a new patient appointment one day & after taking 5 minutes to answer the phone the lady who did take my call sent me directly to a voicemail without any notice. I left a message. It has been over a month am I never received a call back from Chi St. Vincent from that initial call.I called the next afternoon and again was put on hold immediately for around 5 minutes before a lady took my call. I told her I had called the day before & had not gotten a call back. She told me it would be at least 24 hours before someone would call me back. She also advised me that if I had my medical charts sent to them from my last cardiologist the process of getting me scheduled could move faster. Even better if I could get a referral from a general practice doctor. So I did both. I still haven’t received a call, but I did get a package of paperwork in the mail telling me I had an appointment which luckily worked for my schedule.On the paperwork it said my appointment was at 9:30 in North Little Rock, but I got a voicemail the day before my appointment saying my appointment was at 10:00 in Jacksonville.So, I went to Jacksonville & there was absolutely no signage or directions on where to go. I still haven’t talked to a human being representing Chi St. Vincent.Terrible customer service.
