Not a bad experience here. They provided me with samples of medication when I ran out to get me through the weekend. Very thoughtful. The doctors are also good at what they do here.

I dont normally leave bad reviews, but this has had me so upset. If you like doctors that educate you about whats going on in your body I suggest you go somewhere else. Dr. Nara does seem like he cares, Ill give him that. But every time I tried to ask questions or ask what my test results were he would reply normal. I dont think diastolic dysfunction, inappropriate sinus tachycardia, a stiff left ventricle, and a murmur is normal at 21 years old. And I only know that information because every time I left an appointment I requested the test results. My insurance also gets billed every office visit for smoking cessation counseling even though Dr. Nara hardly says two words to me the whole appointment, and has said nothing about smoking cessation. Is that not insurance fraud? He even answered a phone call in the middle of my appointment and didnt step out of the room. It dont bother me that he answered the call, I understand hes a busy doctor but at least excuse yourself so I dont hear whats going on with another patient. Im pretty sure that would be a HIPPA violation. I decided to switch to Dr. Kirby in New Bern who is highly recommended by every doctor I asked. When I requested my records be faxed to Dr. Kirby, the receptionist was completely rude and just hung up on me after I gave her their fax number. That was a week ago and I get a call from Dr. Kirbys office this morning saying they have not received my records. So thank you for making this process 100% harder on me, I will most definitely be in there tomorrow morning to get my records myself, because I cant today since youre closed Mondays.

I had to leave Dr. Naras office after many years. Service went downhill, the girls working for him, they were rude, phone did not get answered, appointments were cancelled over and over. I was in distress and in ER, saw him after 2 cancelled appointments and was told I was fine. I knew better, switched doctors and within 2 days I got a pacemaker. Time for the Team to retire and close the doors.

Have a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday and noone showed up. The door are locked! Keep in mind it took a week after I received my referral from Tricare to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. The doctor is actually very attentive tho but seems like noone else cares about the office.

My daughter went to this place on 23 June 2015 and she said it was the nastiest doctors office she had ever been in. It looked like many days worth of trash in the trash cans. They watched one of the women at the front empty one of the trash cans by dumping some of the trash out of the can into another trash bag and leaving the dirty bag and some trash in the can. She said the echo-cardiogram machine did not look clean or sanitized very well. If you can find somewhere else to/go, i would recommend trying to find a different office. There is no excuse for having a dirty doctors office.
