I was in need of a trim so badly. I booked an appointment for noon and realized I needed to change the time, they happily modified the time for my appointment. I am so satisfied with my service. my hair and scalp feel so much better Im so happy. If youre considering coming to this salon, please do you will not regret it. 10/10!!!

Before I came her I had nice long hair. The hair was beautiful at first but I washed it and my hair started falling out. I still have long hair but it is damaged.

I would avoid this place not a good place to get your hair done at , unless you want your hair orange and won’t offer to fix it. Won’t tone it won’t offer any money back or give any options to make it right customer service is best in a business what you have to have in a business and this so called “business” isn’t professional and not a place I’d recommend to my worst enemy save your hard earned money and use another hair dresser they are overly priced and the work they do isn’t worth it avoid this place. Wish I knew and seen bad reviews before I gave it a try and would of never went and had such bad service . But you live and you learn. Want high dollar service and gonna be spending good money don’t go here they will charge you a bunch of money take extra fees out as well and than mess your hair up and don’t compensate. Horrible business most businesses I’ve been to have great customer service and word of mouth is best always want to make a customer satisfied not unhappy. 💯 needs more reviews to for warn people from making the same mistake. If I had seen reviews I wouldn’t of went but wasn’t as many when I went. Also didn’t pay attention and regret it but now I know.

It’s so unprofessional to keep any paying client waiting to book an appointment. They say they will call you back and ditch you. Run and don’t book here at all.

LaMonica truly has gifted hands for doing hair. Her hair doctor relationship with her clients is superb! You cant go wrong by scheduling time in her chair because she has mad skills in all types of styles.

Very friendly an welcoming

I had an appointment for a sew-in with the lady, Mrs/Ms.Barbara (older black lady with blond dreads) and when she got done with my hair I had to end up coming back again because she had too many tracks in one place causing me to have a hump in the back of my head, literally. Then after I waited about 20-30 minutes for her (and her daughter and grandkids) to arrive to fix my hair, she took some of them out, she spaced the tracks way out too far. Did I also mention that she also had her daughters hand in my head and was listening to more of what she was saying about my head than what I was telling her? Horrible. And for $100? And another chance to get something like my hair right the second time around?!? And you STILL mess up and do a crappy job? I wouldnt recommend going to this place on my worst enemy...
