So 3 yrs ago I moved from NC to Jax, FL and one of the best things I could have found was Swan at bombshell beauty salon! I will forever go here I’ve had blow outs sew ins, frontals, closures, knotless braids, natural hairstyles there is nothing this shop can not do! Leisha is wonderful as well with knotless braids as well as frontals. Customer service amazing everyone is friendly, place stays nice & clean and sanitized. Book ahead they stay booked & busy 😁

I havent been to a salon in over 20+ yrs due to bad experiences. But I love Bombshell beauty. The ladies are so nice and professional. Swan is my stylist and shes amazing. I found this place on Google and Im glad I did. Highly recommended.

I needed to get a braid down for a sew in, and when I called they were very friendly and helpful! When I went into the salon it was extremely clean, even though it is a hair salon, it was clean like no dust any where or bugs etc. The person that did my hair was professional about what she was doing. She did my hair not too tight and was affordable too.

I absolutely love this salon! I’m not a native to this town so it had taken me quite a while to find my former stylist. I’d been looking for a new one and decided to give them a call to ask questions and get a feel for them. I spoke with Swan (owner), and based on her professionalism, as well as how she took the time to answer all my questions, I felt comfortable and decided to book. She scheduled me with Marnae for a silk press, color, and hair Botox treatment. I’m so happy to say that it was a great decision! The entire staff ( Day and Leisha were the other staff members who were great) is totally skilled, and professional! So skilled that even the receptionist (Day) was knowledgeable enough to explain certain services. Although Marnae did my hair and will in the future, Leisha helped me to be comfortable with a weave or wig install that she’ll do for me as well. And of course, Swan was humbly overseeing it all to be sure I understood the steps we were gonna take with my hair journey!! My hair turned out beautiful!! They welcome you, and work together as a team! It felt like I had known them forever! I thank all of these queens for such a great experience!! I highly recommend this salon!!

My go-to place for frontal wig installs! Leisha has been doing my hair for years and never disappoints. They also include nails and makeup. One of the best beauty shops in the city.

Going to give it short sweet and very blunt. Appointment at one so called professional stylist (TOYA)wasnt their after she confirmed with me via text the same day 30 min prior to appointment. When entering shop owner nor assistant wasnt aware that she booked client for today.She walked in at 1:10/1:15. No apology just oh you can come on over. Then began to say she isnt feeling well.🤰🏾I sympathized with her and asked are you still able to do my hair or not. She stated yes, we began abt 10 minutes later. A little over 3 hour later she had completed the right side of my head. I asked how much longer did we have she replied Oh you got something else to do? I responded that I didnt know it would take 3 hrs for one side of my head. At that moment she did speed up a little bit.And stated about another hour. Got out the shop at 6:15. I respectfully paid for my services but was not happy that I paid the amount she asked of me but didnt get the full fulfillment of what I asked. I left slept on it just to give my self time to cool off, text her knowing how I feel and she then wanted to point out flaws about my hair and how it had to be tweaked and changed but never mentioned this while her hands were in my head the whole while. Went back in fourth with text to each other a few times. Then I get call and text from number wasnt familiar with and it was Swan stating that she seen the text I sent Toya and that she didnt understand why Im upset. But she wanted to correct it from the customer service standpoint. She stated that their was no bad blood its my shop I just want the situation handled since you feel cheated cash app me and I will personally send you the difference of what you felt you should have paid. I advised her that I didnt feel it should have been her to do it. That it should have been TOYA.Long story short she stated Im going to cash app you the difference but dont book anyone in my shop anymore so because I wanted clarity because my cousin works their as a nail tech ...I cant get my nails done by Tasha she stated yes maam because I dont want any further incident to come up in the future. Now if it wasnt bad blood or any ill feelings as was stated then that would not have been said but because I gave feed back I was told I couldnt even come in the shop to spend money with my own cousin. .... But heyyyy greaaaaattttt customer service. And great job taking ownership. 🥂 to no bad blood!

Called to make appointment to get my new locks cleaned up and they took me in, they were awesome people and easy to talk to, fair priced, and I was super happy at the end! I’ll be going back FOR SURE!!!!

Oh my. I called the shop from a google search for an appointment....for a same day appointment and my appointment was set within the next hour. I asked Dana multiple questions about the services and she answered the questions in a very polite manner. She was very professoonal and courteous and made me feel welcome and eager to get there. I needed a hair cut....stlye cut really bad.. Dana washed and conditioned my hair to get me rready for my style ✂ and a silk press. I wear my hair natural so I preferred not use chemicals. Swan did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. Swan took the time to cut my hair while it was still wet and curly so Ill see what it looks like once it goes back to the natural style. I wasnt there all day and that was a plus. The whole experience was enjoyable from the time I entered the establishment to the time I stepped out the door looking like a new me. Ive received compliments already. Thanks Swan for the PERFECT cut, professionalism and service and thanks Dana for your professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this business to someone whos looking for a great salon. Lets not forget....they are practicing the CDC guidelines. Great shop!!!!Diane

I got my hair done here before (by swan) and left there with my hair so fabulous that Ive raved to everyone about how awesome this place is, today one person I raved to wanted to see what the hype is about and went and came back to me angry because she H A T E S her hair. 😭 (Its never a good look when your referral goes bad)Toya chopped off what looks like inches, (when she only wanted her ends clipped) hair has zero sheen or shine to it and it was wrapped all wrong.. she said she felt like she was her crash test dummy. Smh..... So..... Maybe if youre thinking of patronizing here dont sit in toyas chair ijs because I didnt have this experience with Swan.
