Excellent service/ attention to detail. I am a third generation Hearing Aid wearer. I have used two other dispensers Phonak & Widex (both through my ENT). While visiting my parents last year, I escorted my father to his Miracle Ear appointment. I was so impressed with the Mandarin team (Brittany & Meena), that I made the decision to purchase my next pair from them. They are obsessive about follow up and service and the product works as it is supposed to! If you are a veteran wearer, you know how important that is. If you are a newbie look no further. I am impressed by the service, friendliness, the exam, and technology! I have used hearing aids from other companies and MiracleEar surpasses all of them. My hearing aids are definitely worth the price for lifetime service with these sweet ladies!

I have been to two different medical clinics to have these hearing specialists correct my hearing. Both clinics/technicians did not completely help me understand better. I decided to give Miracle Ear a try and without a doubt, the results were so much better than what I experienced in the past with other MD associated clinics. Service was more efficient, staff more accomodating and NO insurance payment for Miracle Ears service. The hearing aids, which had never been adjusted correctly or explained in such detail now work remarkably well. First of all, the men hearing aid specialists Ive seen never explained anything about how the brain does the hearing not your ears. Never explained about low frequencies for consonants and high frequencies for vowels, etc. B. Mattthews said my hearing aids where set wrong. She did such a good job of fixing my hearing aids, I can hear everything now like normal. She is a real asset to Miracle Ear. She was so kind and I could tell she really cared about me as a client and person. I think she is absolutely awesome!

Just had my quarterly check up. All well. replaced items on my hearing aids that were 9 months old with new ones. Very sanitary procedure. Since, getting the units it has been great. I now do not have to replace batteries, just put them in the charger. Just takes minutes to recharge. The charge last all day even to midnight. I purchased the device that goes to the TV and I can mute the Tv and hear thru my H/As I can also keep the sound on and one click and get sound from the H/As as well as the TV sound if needed. This has made my life much easier to hear what is going on around me. My wife loves them and makes sure I am wearing then if I ask what she said!! Great to sync with your Phone as well.

I have become sufficiently satisfied with the performance of the ME hearing aids without utilizing or knowing how to utilize all of the capability of the hearing aids making no need to seek hearing aid help elsewhere.
