Dr. Swami has cared for my daughter and I for 10 years. He is thoughtful and kind, and takes extra time to develop treatment plans for ever changing symptoms. He has helped my daughter from a young age and definitely made a difference with her being able to live a healthy, active life. His staff has always been positive and are very good at running a busy office. I highly recommend Dr. Swami and believe that he has helped us tremendously!

I have known Dr. Swami for many years and have been a patient of his for the last 10 years. When I decided it was time to get my allergies in check the decision to choose Dr. Swami was an easy one. He genuinely cares for his patients as does his entire staff and has been a tremendous help to addressing and controlling my allergies. Sometimes the wait times are a little long, but thats because he and his staff give each patient the time they need to address their situation.

This doctor Swami is completely incompetent. He will not address your issues. I believe they dont know how to test properly for allergens. My symptoms did not improve. After years of shots. Every time I would see the doctor he would say the same thing. I dont think this guy has any clue what hes doing he just has a medical degree from some University in South Carolina or something. If you have an appointment are going to wait minimum an hour.The people that work at the office are nice , the receptionist and the people that administer the shots are very kind.I can see why some people may like him because this is a doctors office and they do give people allergy shots and their symptoms May or will improve based off just having no treatment to some treatment. But most people have very complex issues when it comes to allergies and this guy doesnt seem to be able to address them. Id stay far away from here.Based off of The incompetency of the Swami I would not recommend this place ever.

Is Swami really a doctor? Its hard to tell... did my symptoms ever improve? Its hard to tell. Do I think this is a good quality allergy office? Most certainly not!

I have been a patient of Dr. Swami since 2013. Prior to that, I had lived in Ct. and saw another allergy specialist for the regional allergies that were present in that area. I was grateful to have found Dr. Swami after relocating to Jacksonville Beach. He and his staff are professional, courteous, personable and very skilled at what they do.Dr. Swami’s examination and evaluation suggested that I was a good candidate for Immunotherapy treatment , “shots”, as the allergies and sensitivities I was exhibiting in Florida were not the same as those that I had been exposed to and struggled with in the North. After having been tested, I went through the treatment I needed and am happy to report that I now have the relief and satisfaction that I was hoping for.Dr. Swami is a compassionate doctor who takes the time to understand his patient and treat him or her individually. He is thorough in his approach to understanding the patient’s unique conditions and tailors a treatment plan accordingly. I highly recommend Dr. Swami and his staff if you are seeking better health and allergy relief.

Transferred from Tampa to Dr Swami in 2008. Found him to be most professional. I have had life threatening allergic reactions to medications and he is always one step ahead of me to insure my safety. When we are preparing to travel, he makes sure I have medications to last me. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and have never had an issues with our account, shots, testing or appointments. Our wait times are minimal and have never been what I would consider lengthy.We visit with other patients that are on the same maintenance schedule as we are. If you are looking for a doctor to have a “relationship “ not a “one minute how are you” visit...then I think you will be extremely happy with First Coast .

Ive been seeing Dr Swami and his staff for about two years now for allergy shots. Dr Swami is personable, knowledgable and shares my goal - aiming for perfect control of my asthma and allergies. The staff there are wonderful - from front office to the nurses - all very friendly, fast and helpful. Great care, great people.

Front desk ladies and Christine the PA were very professional, friendly, and helpful. However the other staff (I’m assuming they were Medical Assistants since they did not introduce themselves) had very bad bedside manner. During mid appointment, they cut off the PA to say that I needed to pay for my visit so that they could go to lunch. I felt like a lot of the process of my appointment was very unorganized. Christine however was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Such a great practice! Dr. Swami spends a great deal of time with each patient and has helped me more than any other Allergy and Asthma doctor Ive ever seen (and Ive seen a bunch!) Hes super available and his staff is incredibly helpful!

Unbelievable service. I was able to be seen within the day of calling. Both Dr. Swami and his PA Christine Hanna were incredibly thorough and helpful. Would recommend this office to anyone who needs to help rectifying allergic reactions

I went to see Dr. Sanjay, after seeing three other doctors to find the reason for a cough Id had for two years. He was very thorough and caring; lots of questions and testing to cross check every possibility. When theres a wait, its because hes making lots of notes and making sure to take every precaution for our care. His staff is upbeat and friendly, and I love the convenience of his new office in Nocatee! Would recommend him to everyone!

Beware! Make sure you have plenty of time coming in you will wait for hour art least. Came in to get a patch applied which was not when a doctors visit man took me in to a small room that no windows no patient bed just few chairs in a room felt very uncomfortable as he gave me what was less than half a gown and told me to undress. Asked for female nurse to come in he told me no one has time for this now and I will then need to wait for three more hours! I felt like he was pushing me and very uncomfortable to expose my body for a patch application!. So I left. Asked to cancel rest of appointments.

Ive been coming here for my allergies for 6months and i love the place. Everyone is super nice and the people in charge of giving the weekly shots are amazing!

Dr. Swami is incredible! I didnt feel rushed, he took time to get to know all the history of whats going on and his team was very professional. I did notice the front desk was running slow but last time I was at the office they got more stuff helping upfront.

Ive gone to see Dr. Swami for about 10 years and he is phenomenal. I suffer from chronic hives and long-term asthma and I was recently put on a monthly shot (Xolair) and it has changed my life completely! My quality of life has improved 100% as I havent had a single hive since receiving the shots. Ive never had a bad experience with any staff member here (or at the Nocatee office) and I feel like they genuinely care about me and my health. THANK YOU FCAA!

Best service I have ever had, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, had to wait a few minutes but the professionalism and kindness made up for the wait. Will undoubtedly refer my friendsto see Dr. Swami or his PA.

Had allergie test done and they were inconclusive. Had blood test done and said I wasnt allergic to anything. This cant be true because I had the test before and I was allergic to alot of things. Told the dr that and he said my skin was to sensitive. So Im back to having allergie attacks every month and being rushed to the hospital. I know Im allergic to pollens, and molds and some food.

I got there wayyyy before my appt. Just so I could make sure I would be seen on time and still wasnt seen no one came out and said anything no one answered when I had questions as to what was going on the front desk was rude and wouldnt act right I wouldnt recommend this office at all they will have you waiting long periods
