This Foundation has saved my life a number of times. I’ve always been fascinated by staff being in recovery with a substantial amount of sober time in their pockets. Giving me and I’m sure many others Hope that maintaining longterm sobriety is possible and obtainable. No amount of money can sum up to what recovery has given me. The Gateway Jacksonville facility is filled with education on sobriety while also recognizing dual diagnosis in their clients. Gateway has taught me how to understand my feelings and coping with them in a healthy manor with a tool box full of coping skills. I hope one day I will be able to come back to this place not as a client and as a potential employee. Thanks for reaching me how recovery is possible and thank you again for saving another life with the unconditional yet professional love y’all have supplied to me while I have remained a resident for the last 3 months! Sadly, My ex GF was And alcoholic on steroids.With numerous trips to the ER court rooms jail even, Your name and she had been through it and I have been through it with her. We found it way and they were gracious enough to take her in for an entire month inpatient treatment in Lakevilla. Unfortunately she didn’t want to get sober as badly as everybody else tried to help her get sober. But for many gateway was life-changing for the better send I can’t thank them enough for all that they Tried to do in her world

First I would like to say thank you to the Jacksonville Gateway Staff, as well as the Springfield staffing. Every staff member I encountered was caring and helpful. Honestly speaking whenever there was a problem during my treatment it was only because I saw it to be a problem. The well trained counselors taught the importance of the CHANGE OF THE MIND PROCESS......I learned in order for my behavior to change I had to change the way I was thinking. I’m so GRATEFUL that I experienced that lesson during treatment, it help me through recovery. Today I can say that my clean date is still 5/30/2020 by GOD’S GRACE and MERCY! And I will forever be GRATEFUL for GATEWAY TREATMENT and RECOVERY program.....THANKS GATEWAY ❣️

Gateway saved and changed my life! Of course it didn’t work the first time for me but the second time I went to gateway my life, my thinking, my beliefs, and my spirituality got stronger! For the first time in my life I honestly believe I’ll never go back to the person I used to be and I’m 6 months clean now and on no medication. My self and my family are forever grateful and if anyone wants to change for the better, I recommend Gateway 1000%...The staff at gateway will treat you with kindness, respect and a care for what happens to you that don’t give up!! I love Gateway and will forever be grateful and have a respect for them that will never change!! I have pain medication around me on a daily basis and for me to not touch or even care about the pills is proof of how well gateway will help you!! If you want to love yourself and be happy again, Go To Gateway and you’ll wish you had gone there a long time ago!!!

This facility is amazing and I feel that they truly saved my life. The staff is the best I’ve ever seen and I have been to a lot of treatment facilities. Dusty was my counselor and he went above and beyond to help me in any and every way! The facility is super clean and nice. Kaydee was amazing!! She is super sweet and helped me get through a lot of hard times while I was there. If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t have made it through. The food was great too, but the cook Reggie was super disrespectful and rude to us. He also messed up every meal almost to the point where it wasn’t even edible. That is the ONLY complaint I have about gateway. If you need help, this is most definitely the place you need to be! Thank you to everyone that made this experience so good for me. Y’all are the bomb! 👍🏻😁

Gateway Jacksonville is the best facility Ive ever visited. I reside in the Recovery Home and it has been the most positive experience Ive had ranging from the staff to the clients.I cant say enough about the facility, the amazing home like atmosphere, the best meals prepared by great chefs not to mention comfortable dorms.The atmosphere is so comfortable. Its definitely not what some may view a rehab facility. Its not hospital like at all. These people CARE!The activities are recovery based, interactive and thorough. The individual and group sessions are amazing. You walk out feeling positive and upbeat , not beat down.If youre looking for a rehab program that is recovery based, professional, welcoming and caring, then Gateway Jacksonville is the place for you!

Place is very warm and feels like home! Staff is all very considerate of needs and patient with people in recovery. If you need help, definitely look at Gateway for treatment options!

This is a great experience and the staff is very good. The place is nice and clean, and supportive of my personal recovery. The facilities are new and very home-like. As a transition place, there is nothing better for those who are transitioning to sober life.

I just completed the 90 day recovery home at Gateway in Jacksonville, Il. Its been a great place to extend my treatment and ease back into society. The staff here is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and the food is great. I would recommend it to anyone whos serious about their recovery.

VERY accommodating, great staff, this is by far theBEST opportunity i have came across for getting on my feet following treatment. Staff is extremely helpful,understanding and caring. Facility is top notch and in great location for any services you may need while staying there.

It is a very clean facility with great food. It has a very helpful staff and a great program. They do a very good job of tending to needs individually. They ensure saftey and confidentiality. The staff is courteous and very tentive. They make sure you are ready to go back into the world with a good support system and tools you will need to help along the journey of recovery!

I was in residential treatment at Gateway Jacksonville, now Ive transitioned into the recovery home. The facility is top of the line, and the staff members are out of this world, they go the extra mile each and every day. Im truly grateful for the program, and this chance at life again..

I was in residential for 42 days and it was a wonderful experience I graduated to the recovery home and I am have a terrific time with the out patient being in the same building the staff really care about there job and the patients

Im having a real good experience here. Im in the Recovery Home. I needed continued care after in -patient treatment. My recovery coach is wonderful and the accommodations are very nice.

Its saved my lifeL ook at this.. If your a guy and need help Im telling you Gateway in Jacksonville is the best place by far.. The staff is past addicts or lost a loved one.. They absolutely under stand us.. The place is remodled with work out room the dinning hall is great the pit.. In patient has vending PlayStation room one roommate with own shower and bathroom.. Its like a resort. But thats nit important.. The important thing is they actually help. They care. Im pleading with you to GO I mean they saved my life and they can save yours!!!

I was in inpatient which was the best experience I have ever had and I have been to treatment Several times this was one that really worked for me and the fact that I could move next door for a recovery home for 3 months was what I was needing in my life I am truly grateful for the opportunity I have been givin here thank you to the staff and kasha she has done wonders here and is truly saving lives

I was recently at gateway for alcoholism they were very good to me at first but then my insurance ran out after that all they did was type up my release papers after that they had me sitting and waiting for a ride home for about 3 hours and treated me as though I didnt exist my opinion of gateway is not good the way I see it is if you dont have a way to pay or insurance they have no use for you period
