It makes me feel good knowing that we make the residents lives better. We laugh with them, cry with them, sing and dance with them & we brighten their days. Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life! ❤️

Warm loving family oriented assisted living facility.

My Grandmother is so lucky to be living at Ft. Caroline Gardens. Each and every staff member took time out to come and introduce themselves to her when we arrived. She felt very welcomed!! The staff are all wonderful, Taylor, Reggie, Mimi, and all the Nurses and Nursing Aides, the Cooking Staff, the maintenance and Cleaning personnel...all have truly been wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You have to experience it yourself. From the moment you enter the facility, it feels like and smells like home. The staff really take great care and truly love each and every resident. The facility is clean, smells good, has plenty of activities every day to keep the residents safe and happy.

The staff is incredibly attentive and enthusiastic in their care for my mother. They also keep us well informed about any changes in her health and type of care she receives. Regular activities and outings help keep my mothers spirits high and assure us that she is in good hands. We visit there several times a week, and they are always very welcoming and supportive of our visits. I cant imagine my mother living anywhere else!

Jacksonville needs more facilities that put the heart and compassion into senior living such as Fort Caroline. The staff from the top on down make you feel like family and ACTUALLY care about the well-being of the families.They put the “A” in Assisted Living and will always be my first choice for any referrals. The admissions team with Taylor is amazing and very responsive.
