Not a fan, when I called to schedule for a procedure, the woman that answered was rude and unhelpful. I decided to schedule elsewhere

From the very first call every single person I spoke with was amazingly sweet and wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. They prepared me with great knowledge. Respected and helped me in what was best for me. This place deserves all the funding. Huge props!

Very friendly and comforting. Made sure I felt comfortable everyone was so kind . Very thankful for all of yall. Took the time to call and talk with me and check up on me!

Been going here to see their nurse practitioner for years for my paps. Especially helpful when you dont have insurance, and dont want to wait months to get into the health department or a doctors office which is much more expensive. Cant say enough nice things about these ladies.

This place is ridiculous and trashy. They have an ongoing drama with the people who stand on the street with signs saying they can help and greeting people going in with God loves you we can help. thats all they do they dont interfere theyre on the street Ive never seen more than five people there but I see the drama that goes on. This one lady is constantly barraging them saying they cant stand on the street or even on the city portion of the property. Let me enlighten you your property does not start at the edge of the street to the building. At least 8 to 15 feet belong to the city and since it belongs to the city they can stand there. I dont care one way or the other what people are doing because people make their own choices but I do care that when I walk by I have to see the drama unfold. The lady if you can call it that who works there is drama, trashy and should know a little more about the law before spewing out nonsense and getting angry at people who are simply standing there saying good morning and we can help. Her behavior is a reflection of her character. Now they have a sign that say Ignore them come in youre welcomed? Really? How professional get over it. They can be there whether you like it or not. If the people who are seeking abortions are grown up enough to get pregnant they should be grown up enough to say thank you but its our decision and move on and do what you need to do.

I really appreciated my initial conversation over the phone to ask questions & make apt. I was worried about being judged, for obvious reasons but also this was my 2nd time going to them AND another personal issue I had to be ashamed about. The lady made me feel COMPLETELY comfortable as if family. She went above & beyond to make sure I got all the help & funds I needed. It just made so much of a difference having such a great experience.At my appointment everyone else was the same, I felt so relaxed & un judged.ALSO: I am seeing a few bad reviews and I can’t see how they are true. I am sure they are from non patients who don’t want these places open

Everyone here was very kind and helpful. They made me feel safe and comforted. They were patient, informative, and compassionate. Even the protesters were friendly lol.

Came all the way from Pensacola because there isnt a clinic there, and I am glad I did. This was by far the nicest clinic on the phone and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed and everyone was just as nice in person. They were even able to get me some financial assistance because I am on Medicaid and have 3 kids already. that was sure helpful because I had to miss a day of work and payed a friend to watch them. Like others have said, it wasnt an easy decision, but I am glad they made it easier for me to make. Thank you ladies of All Womens!!!

I know I’m not an easy patient. Especially with how scared I tend to get. But the people who work at this office are literal angels on earth. They held my hand during the procedure- literally and did everything in their power to help me feel comfortable. They answered any and every question, and were there for me, made me feel like I mattered, they literally sat with me held my hand explained everything and took their time with me. These people honestly care so much about the people who go into their clinic you aren’t just another number to them. There are not enough words in the universe to thank them for everything. Don’t listen to those negative reviews, these people will FOREVER hold a very special place in my heart ❤️

Very difficult decision to make, but very glad I chose this establishment. They are very welcoming and understanding. Very compassionate ladies working here! I live on the west coast but while in town and had some free time I made an appointment for an annual exam. The NP Susan was absolutely phenomenal. She took her time and walked me through everything. She even gave me some information about how our bodies work that I never knew. I wish I could take her with me back home. I would love her as my GYN! The other ladies were great too.

In light of the restrictions on abortion that are occurring around us, I am glad that there are still clinics that are open and accessible to all women. Thank you for caring about your patients!

Doors were locked no one answered at 3:30 pm. Called and someone picked up. Very rude. Not empathetic at all. I asked about an appointment and she just had a very bad attitude. Not necessary whatsoever. Just wanted to see how far along i was.

These guys are doing a great service that is not necessarily pleasant or commonplace. Kudos to them for their positive attitude, support and open mind. Thank you.

I will start off by saying this office is very unprofessional! Theyre rude and the person who introduced herself as the one who manages the office is very condescending! The wait time is ridiculous along with constantly being called back and forth from the lobby to the back. Its just seems chaotic at times. The only positive aspect, the Doctor, she was very nice. Also ladies, go to this website for birth control nurx.com no need for a pap smear. Answer a few questions and theyll send your birth control directly to you.

Not an easy decision, but glad I chose this clinic. They are busy, and you will be there for a while, but its worth it. The staff is super wonderful, and they give HUGS if you need one :)SUGGESTIONS from my visit:Listen to their instructions on the phone. VERY IMPORTANT!Take a jacket or dress warmly!Be kind to others there. You dont know their story.Ignore the people outside. Just drive past them. Dont take their pamphlets. Its all misinformation anyways.Dont bring a gazillion people with you. Just your support person. Really! Be courteous to others! Their lobby isnt that big.ABOVE ALL - NO KIDS - OMG! Really! NO KIDS THERE!Last, but not least: BE PATIENT. Theyre trying to help you. They ave huge hearts

Everytime I have gone to this est. I have waited ATLEAST 2 hours to be seen.. and after I wrote this review a lady decided to call me and GET ONTO me for writing a negative review.. last time I will be going there lol

Came in with my boyfriend and the ladies were so nice to both of us. other places i called wouldnt let my bf back cuz they dont allow guys to come in the back. he was able to come in while they explained my procedure to me and that made me feel more comfortable.thank you ladies. i dint mind the wait because you told me we would be there a while. but i hope to never need to have to again.

Doctor always late. Been here since 9:30. And now is 12:30 and still waiting for doctor. This doctor is not worth to earn or dont want to make money. Because of making too much already.

I m glad that Jax is lucky to have clinics like this. Where I come from in Mississippi , theres only one in the who state. This place is very clean n nice. Nice ppl to. Not an easy desision, but some ppl have to make it. GLad this clinic is so nice
