This practice is an abomination and a fault on the medical system. I would give this practice a zero rating if I could. The only reason I havent reported her directly to the medical board is because the office staff has been nothing but professional. Barney Ketteringham (Billing) never got back to me after leaving him multiple voicemails requesting my receipts for insurance purposes. Dr. Galliano didn’t seem to care about my treatment and constantly forgot to send my prescriptions. I had to call and speak to the staff to remind her. Overall, horrible experience. Would not trust her with my care. Do not trust her with caring for your loved ones. Do not trust her with your money.
