The facility is convenient, open and airy. The employees are kind, helpful and friendly from the greeter to the registrar to the assistant who takes you back and finally, the radiology tech. The morning that I was there last week, an employee (one of the techs who does the mammography and bone density studies) had called in sick. There was no backup tech so everything was behind schedule. Upon arrival for an appointment, everyone was apologetically made aware of the situation and given the option to reschedule or to remain with a bit longer than usual wait time. The employees worked at a very fast pace, yet were still friendly and caring. I felt that my time had been respected and the staff was making a monumental effort to make the best of a tough situation.

Clean, friendly, quick and professional in all interactions. This facility has a very high-quality staff. I removed a star only because of those nasty nipple tapes! Some man must have designed them! The adhesive was so ridiculously strong that they were very difficult to pull off without pain and irritation to the delicate skin in that area!

I felt very at ease with the girl who did my mammogram. She was very careful and made sure she got the best pictures she could get so I wouldnt have to come back! The new facility is very nice and comfortable!!

Having a mammogram at Beaches Baptist was a very easy experience, even with Covid 19. Everyone was very warm and friendly, and it was very clean as well. From the receptionist to the technician who did the exam, all were very professional and seem to enjoy their jobs.

The women who work there obviously love their jobs and take immense pride in their services. Ive been going there for a few years now, and Ive noticed a lot of the same faces - low turnover says everything!! I absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere theyve created, which I attribute in large part to the well-oiled machine theyve become - they are all so very organized!! The woman at the front who greets everyone and checks them in, sets the tone for everything being so well organized. I love how she always personally walks me back to the waiting area. The woman at the front that verifies all of my contact/insurance info, continues to make it a smooth process, and I feel comfortable asking questions, because it doesnt feel like shes rushing me through everything. The women whom I interact with in the back during the mammogram are also incredibly welcoming, yet so efficient. The entire atmosphere they create is always very peaceful. I love how they all speak slowly and clearly, instead of rattling off what they must say 100x a day. It really helps me to feel like I can ask questions if I dont understand something, because they never make me feel like theyre rushing me through. The changing room area is always really clean, organized, and COZY, which is really important. And the women who actually preform the mammogram are always professional, and they always talk me through exactly what theyre doing, before and as theyre doing it. Many thanks to your professional and caring staff. Its so wonderful to be on the receiving end of a team that clearly loves what they do, and take pride in providing a comfortable experience, from beginning to end.

Very efficient, painless, and much less uncomfortable than they used to be. If you havent been in awhile, get in there. Youll be pleasantly surprised. They dont compress the breast so flat anymore. Much better.

Everyone I encountered as soon as I entered the door was kind and worked efficiently. I appreciate the friendly encounters, but I also appreciate the communicate and explanation provided during the mammogram of what was going on and why it needed to happen a certain way. It made for a much more comfortable experience than I was expecting.
