Had a sweet girl approch me about health care insurance at my home and she gave me a card for Felicia Armstrong at this office. I called her and she sent a text asking to call back but never did. I called back the next day and she was extremely rude. She answered with just a hello? Then I said hello. Then she just says how may I help you? As If she didnt just send someone knocking on my door the day before. Then I proceed to say how I was calling about the affordable health insurance, then she just rudely replied again okay how may I help you? I almost hung up the phone but Im a patient person. She then told me shes not able to help me. Then I informed her of what her own business card said she was offering. Then she replied Im only doing ACA plans right now. Yeah the 1 star was for Jasmine who came to my door.

Charles is wonderful! He was so helpful in getting my health insurance through the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. I wish I had met him sooner because I learned I could have been covered for the previous 6 years!! Call him if you need help!!!
