The tech first came out to check on our breaker boxes for anything wrong. He said there was nothing wrong with any of them and left. Well 3 days later the same breaker box he was playing with broke and melted. He told our warranty company we need an upgrade so they denied the repairs. It was over 100 degrees outside and we were left with no power because he pulled the meter. No one bothered to call us and he felt he was doing us a favor by upgrading our panel. No a favor would have been repair what you broke and restore our power. I would never suggest this company or my warranty company either.

Thomas was my technician and he was great. He was very professional and very neat he made sure to clean up any news that was made. Thomas explained everything to me and answered all of my questions about the electrical issue. He worked very professionally and found the problem and fixed it. He came on time and made sure to call when he was on his way to my home. This company actually answered the phone vs other companies and came out within only a few days. I will definitely recommend this company as well as use them again. If you use this company make sure you ask for Thomas!!

So first, let me say the customer service in the office could use some improvement, however the actual service was EXCELLENT!Jason and Corey did an awesome job installing my ceiling fans, light fixtures, ring doorbell and recessed lighting. Jason took the time to educate me about lighting and gave me options on placement. Their work is better than I expected and they were kind and neat. I saw the bad reviews after I had my estimate done by Corey. I had a good feeling about him so I took a chance and Im so glad I did. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Please read this story before hiring this company. I needed my breakers in my panel box updated and wires switch. Sounds simple right for an electrician to do. So I placed a service order with my warranty provider American Home Shield. They referred R&R Electical Allstar for the job. The dispatcher called me and said Mike will there on 9/17. Fast forward Mike showed up on time. Explained what I needed and then he went to work. Here is where everything went wrong Mile disconnected the wires from the breaker in my panel, so I couldnt operate my stove or anything else on that side of the wall. He said he will come back in a a couple of days to replace it. I tried reaching out to the company for help getting my stove on. No one returned my calls. Finally I called American Home Shield and told them what happened and they could not get in touch with them neither. For one week I couldnt cook. Then after several calls they call and said they would send someone to look at it. The second guy had no clue what he was doing and couldnt fix what his.coworker did. Then he tried to blame me the reason why he cant fix it. He said it was it was due to the electrician I hired a year ago. lol. I was so mad and kicked him out of my house. I told them everything was working until you and Mike touched it. Thankfully American Home Shield sent another company RAR Electrical to fix the problem. They came.and fixed.the problem in 10 minutes. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

WORST service ever. we were re-scheduled 3 timesfor day of service. eventually the 4th. time they ha was late for a hour more beyong me waiting for 4 hours.it took over a month to fix a ceiling fan!

R&R was assigned my request through American Home Shield on a Saturday morning. I received a call that I missed on Monday afternoon to schedule service. I called back on Tuesday and left another voicemail. R&R called on Wednesday and set the appointment for the following Tuesday between 8 am - 12 pm to service two fans (6 days to get an appointment from the time scheduled). Upon their arrival at 1:30 on Tuesday (an hour and a half late) they told me they would only service one of the fans because their work order only had one fan. R&R said they communicated a window on their work order from 12-5. This was a lie.R&R additionally proceeded to tell me that when they set the appointment they had informed me that I would need to add a second fan to the work order. This was a also lie. Ultimately after the lies, I told them to leave my house and to have the work order assigned to another vendor from American Home Shield. I implore you to use another contractor if possible. For a service business R&R Electrical Allstar should more appropriately be called R&R Electrical Bench Warmers Who Only Made the Team Because Everyone Else Was Already Taken

Tech was nice, but when I had to call and reschedule the lady on the phone was condescending and rude. I went thru American Home Shield and she acted like I was the lowest person on the earth. I was on the verge of having no power and if AHH could cover the project or not, it had to be fixed. She wouldnt even give me another appt. I will never use this company and I will tell anyone that will listen not to use them either.Thank goodness the tech was VERY nice and understanding and did what he could to get me some information. I think his name was Shane, I hope he finds a better company to work for!!

This company is unresponsive. They gave me a guess on a diagnosis and have not made any attempt to return my calls or schedule a time to make the repair. This went through our home warranty, so I am sure we are pushed to the back burner because of this. Very frustrating.

Didnt show up for my appointment. Tried to come out after 9 pm and when I told them to just reschedule me they pushed my appointment out by about a week and a half. Very unprofessional. Doesnt care about their customers. Never seen a company try to come to someones house at 9pm before.

Worker showed up reeking like pot. Never turned in a report. It’s been over a month with no word. After many attempts to figure out what is going on, I called here. This part of the company which fields all calls would not let you finish any explanation, was rude, uncooperative and abrupt. At this point, I’m considering buying a new fan and installing it myself before I let these incompetent jackhole drug addicts back into my home. I see the are low rated. Not a surprise.

I was referred to this company by my warranty company. The newly installed GFI plug uncovered more wiring issues. When the electrician left my home we discussed how he would return to help fix it. However after waiting a week I found out American Home Shield had closed the work order. I called the office and spoke with Richard. He stated that they would make this good even if my home warranty would not assist us. Thankfully the next day a knowledgeable electrician came out, rewired the plugs and identified an unknown GFI.I appreciated their work ethic and their willingness to correct the issue.

There is not a person that ever answers the phone you have to leave your information and your phone number and somebody calls you back maybe the next day. When they finally called me the customer service lady was not friendly at all, not flexible at all, very stern and rude. They give you days before they actually schedule somebody to go to your house. And then they give you a five hour window. They say they’ll call you 30 minutes before they arrive to the house and they don’t they call you two minutes before the technician is there. God for bid you step out within the five hour window to buy some thing that’s an emergency and they don’t call you back to reschedule another appointment.

After a no show, the guy shows up and was worthless.If you get this company assigned to you through your home warranty save yourself the time and frustration and demand the warranty company send some one out from a different company.You dont want to deal with this business.

I received the called to schedule an appointment, The person stated that they dont work in the morning. ??? I cant work with a company that only works from 12:00PM-4:00PM. The person was very rude, save your money and go some place also.

Unfortunately I was forced into doing business with this company because of my warranty company, AHS. Ive had a few unfavorable outcomes due to AHS. They seem to find the least experienced or skilled people around to contract. I assume because their bids are the cheapest. My dad always says You get what you pay for. Anyways, let me get to my story. Well, the electrician, Matt, was an hour and a half late. Id just assumed he wasnt coming cause he only informed us an hour AFTER he was supposed to be there. Then when he gets in, hes rushing me as I try and explain why he is there. I am selling my home and the home inspector said there was a problem with the GFCIs in and outside the home. As Im taking him around to each one, hes testing them out and they all are working. Apparently, he didnt like that. Was that my fault, noooo, but that didnt stop him from being extremely short with me, raising his voice and ACCUSING ME OF trying to get him to lie, more on that later. This, by the way, came out of no where. I guess he was having a bad day but that doesnt give you the right to be unprofessional and accuse the customer of trying to be deceptive. What happened was, he told me that the GFCI in the bathroom was not working and that the one in the garage was the only one I needed so I told him to fix the one in the bathroom. He kept asking if the inspector was from the city. I didnt know so I called my realtor. After he changed the GFCI he said to both of us that he would need a copy of the FULL inspection report, not just the portion that pertained to the electrical issues, which my realtor in her decade long experience has NEVER BEEN asked to do. He then said Well Im not going to lie about this either. My realtor was APPALLED and disgusted that he would even make such an accusation! She then said immediately No ones asking you to lie. I honestly didnt even know where that came from. At that point I was just ready for him to GET OUT of my house. He then says that he didnt know he was going to have to bring the GFCI up to code! I had No idea he was going to remove it completely. How was I, a lay person, supposed to know that having more than one GFCI was a code violation! Anyways his whole attitude the whole time was one as if he was doing me a favor, he failed to realize Im the customer, I pay him! Needless to say I will definitely let AHS know of this horrific experience! My advice, find someone else to fix your electrical issues. This was a total hassle!

I was forced into dealing with this company by the hand of my home warranty. They claimed they reached out to me 3 times but I got 1 call from them and returned it 45 minute later just to leave a voicemail. I never heard back from them so I called again days later and they told me my claim had been closed and I would have to reopen it. The girl on the phone, Rachel, even copped an attitude and argued with me instead of offering to help (and no, I wasnt cussing or even yelling). Unprofessional, disrespectful and flat out rude all around.

If I could have given a 1/2 star, I would have. I placed a work order thru my warranty company on 9/27 and they came out 10/4 and said my exhaust fan need a new motor. To date 11/23 I have not received the motor nor a call from them with an explanation. I have spoke to them on numerous times along with my warranty company who is not any better (American Home Shield) and still no one knows anything regarding the exhaust fan or the motor. If this is the type of contractors the warranty company endorses I will be searching for a new warranty company as well. So please don’t waste your time with this company....do it yourself it may have a better outcome.

I am convinced that the only way this company is still in business is from home warranty companies.Had an appointment on Friday between 1-5pm. I called the office a 4:30 due to not hearing from them and wanted to make sure everything was still set. At that time, i was informed that the technician has been on an emergency call all day and would not be able to make it until after 6pm. When were they going to tell me this after taking off work for a half day? Well, around 8pm and no electrician and of course no answer at the office. The kicker, it was labor day weekend so office was closed until tuesday. Called the office Tuesday morning to express my concern in their lack of management, employee control, customer service, etc andjust as you would expect from a company like this, they could have cared less. I guess it is standard operating procedure for them.NEVER pay this company a dime and if your home warranty company says to use them, cancel your policy and go through a different company. Itll save you time and money in the long run. Just check the reviews, you will not find a single positive one! I hope this helps

I put in an online request through my warranty company expecting a call within 24 hrs from R&R. I received no call, so I called and scheduled an appointment for June 26 myself with Rachel. The 26th came & went no call, no electrician. I called on the June 28th and Rachel said no verification was received from my warranty company and we re-scheduled an appointment. for 5 July. Again, no call to confirm, so I called at 8:00 and left a message to confirm appointment, no call back. I called again at 9:00 and Rachel said she could not find the schedule sheet but would call me back once she found it and will ensure the electrician put me on his schedule today and he would call me. in few minutes. No return call from Rachel or the electrician. I called my home warranty company and explained the problem, they contacted Rachel at R&R and was told there was no appointment ever made and would schedule me for the next day because no electrician was in my area today. I requested the appointment be cancelled and not to use R&R. To lie and say no appointment was made and I personally talked with you, really. NEVER AGAIN!! IF R&R IS SUGGESTED RUN! I wish I could put a a rating of -10
