Registered Nurse practitioner Alexis is great and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Open to finding the root cause of problems but will also make sure your treatment plan does not cause more side effects than the initial ailment, which is important to me. They will advocate for their patients’ needs to be met when it comes to referrals.

I have been coming to Beaches Internal Medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Aguilar is a trusted doctor that really cares about his patients. The staff here is also amazing and go the extra mile to try and keep me healthy.

Dr. Karen McCarthy has been my physician for years. She is extremely focused and holistic in her treatment; she takes the time to answer any questions that I have and always offers me options other than prescription medications (which I appreciate!). She has a kind heart and wants to see her patients live their best life! Would absolutely recommend HER, and have done so many times in the past.

- Incorrectly billing multiple times. Weve been given a credit for incorrect bills but it never seems to apply.- Billing department wont respond or answer questions. Have tried for months and months correct/get more information on bills we have receive. Left many phone messages. Nobody answers.- Gave out my wife name/phone number to another patient. There was confusion about if she _WORKED_ at Jorges office!!! While she is a nurse, she DOES NOT work at this office.- Doctor didnt seem very knowledgable.- The above makes me worry about patient data in regards for HIPAA.

I was sick with a really bad Flu and bronchitis. Being new in the area, I didn’t have a primary care physician. When I called and explained the situation, they squeezed me in between patients. Dr. Loftis is a very professional plus he really cares about his patients. I’m a dentist and I can assure that they are people that really do they job good, check you correctly and meet all the quality standards and regulations. I highly recommend them and specially Dr. Loftis.

Dr Aguilar is an excellent MD. He is extremely thorough MD who will pursue any problems until resolved. Great Doctor.
