Just went and enjoyed an outstanding experience at target optical all of the employees were fabulous at helping me choose frames and made absolutely sure all of my needs were met. I’m SO amazed at the professionalism from Jeni, if you come I’d ask for her! She was knowledgeable and had an beautiful attitude and made me feel welcome. Would be without a shadow of a doubt recommending all of my family and friends to come through and get them to come here. Amanda brown the doctor was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions in a very thought out manner and knew everything I was asking. Great experience!

I used Target Optical recently. Doctor Amanda Brown was excellent and thorough with my prescription. She was very nice and professional. The associate that assisted me was great and knowledgeable about my lens and frames. I am very pleased with this location. I would highly recommend them.

If there were zero stars I would leave zero. I understand mistakes happen but there is some truth to the phrase The customer is always right. This office lost my contact prescription and told me that it was ME who had MY prescription wrong and the woman working there was not polite about it.I had previously ordered a refill of contacts over the phone and when they were delivered to my house, I applied a pair and noticed they were blurry. I checked the side of the boxes and noticed that this isnt my current prescription, it was my older prescription of contact lenses. A simple mistake, so I called the store and told them what happened.I was told that the lenses I was given was correct and there is no way that I had ever been given a pair of contacts at the grade I had been using for the past 3 months. The woman I spoke with was extremely inpolite and offered no apology for any oversights and said this is not a fault on Target Opticals end. I was then told I would need to come in so I did.I retrieved my empty box of correct contacts from my house, brought it to the store and showed the employees working, the contact container (Which indicated the correct prescription that I had previously referenced) The manager offered no apology for any confusion even though I just showed her what I had been using. Ive never been treated like this in a customer environment. Whoever this was was extremely rude and didnt make any effort to clarify or amend anything for my troubles. I will not be doing business here ever again.
