I was told about this job through a prior temp employee @ Jackson MS location. I was told that because of a 12 hour shift assignment they were giving and unable to keep due to college. The agency said the pay would be reduced from $13.50 to $7.25. I told the person they should report them to the Better Business Bureau. They just reported them! That is not a legal practice to do to someone because their hours cannot work around a 12 hour day while in college. Not Legal!! . So BE careful. Dont accept any old job from them. Their reps are probably on a quota and send workers anywhere so they can get extra money. I would give them 0 if I could.

Belflex makes the temp, who are being hired at a very low salary of $11, to pay for their drug testing. This is absurd and should be illegal for the employees to pay this charge. The temps, who desperately need jobs have to cough up this fee when it should be a direct responsibility of the company, who gets double and triple the pay offered to the temp, to pay these fees. Thank Belflex for job opportunities ... but stop robbing the poor.

Worst , never gets a calls back from them. And never gets sent anywhere.
