Incredibly slow and unprofessional, expect wait lines 45+ minutes long. The employees seem completely clueless to how their inventory system works and lie about receiving prescriptions rather than taking the time to fill them.

Called speak to a pharmacist, waited for 15 minutes for the department to answer. Hung up.Moving to Jackson and needed information on prescription transfer from my pharmacy to this pharmacy.

This store is the worst at customer service

Absolutely the rudest person answered the phone when calling about transferring a prescription . My wife accidentally left her medicine at home and was needing to transfer it here while on vacation. They talked to her so rude like it was really putting them out to be able to do so. So sad a place that is supposed to be here to help has to treat people in such a manner. I would highly recommend someone look into how this person treats customers. I would not want them representing my business.

Had to take an emergency trip to Jackson and have them call my Idaho pharmacy to transfer it. Diana was SO helpful and gave just the best customer service. Five stars for sure!

Attempted to get the no appointment needed flu shot this weekend, but I was told that I would need to wait a full hour before one of the four people behind the counter would be available.

LONG BUT IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!I’ve had two reeeeeally bad experiences with this pharmacy. Both times I called in an order and was told it would be ready the next day. Both times they didn’t get it figured out. Both times I got my medicine a week later. It was a lot of, “oh we didn’t send the order in, I’m not sure why though.” And also, “here’s your order, oh wait this isn’t the right medicine, we ordered the wrong medicine.”I was patient with them both times. I get that stuff out of our control happens. But this is myMental health. The second time I was very explicit by telling them if I didn’t have the prescription, my mind would fall into a dark place and I would be in danger of self harm. I don’t LOOOOVE telling someone I haven’t set up a trusting space with that information. Even with that information they forgot to order the medicine, and they ordered the WRONG medicine.All in all I was very frustrated and putInto a dangerous situation. This isn’t like waiting for online shopping orders. This is health. Therefore, VERY different. I’m not someone to send back food, or talk to the manager or throw a fit. I recognize I am a privileged white man. But this was insane. And for it to happen TWICE?!The only reason I’m writing this review is because my friend just got off an aggravating phone conversation with the same pharmacy for giving her the wrong medicine.

Horrible service and they never check the voicemail where physicians call in prescription so you end up waiting hours for urgen prescriptions. Pathetic and incompetently staffed.
