Dr Ashley Johnson is the best Dr hands down. Her support during my pregnancy and labor and delivery was just phenomenal. Definitely would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are taken care off.

Dr.Johnson When i Say Never Been So Stressed Out , Its To The Point i Hate Going To Appointments . Everything She Say Makes No Sense , i Really Wish i Went With DrSullivan For My First Thought .

They have unvaccinated staff, a staff member who had to get up near me. Any health care practice with no staff vaccinate mandate is frightening to immune compared people like me. Never going back.

Dr. Lee is the most wonderful doctor I have ever had. However, the Womans Clinics processes and procedures can make a person who has had a surgery, like myself, change doctors. I had to have paperwork filled out for insurance purposes and I had to deal with HEALTHMARK. I had to pay almost $100 to have paperwork filled out. I had to call and let the third party know about every thing I needed. I should have gotten paid for the time I spent calling back and forth to the third party and insurance agency, just to get the information. Now, as much as I love Dr. Lee, if ever I need a surgery, I will DEFINATELY go to a doctor that does not deal with HEALTHMARK!!!!!!!!!

They do not provide any information on how much money will need to be paid out of pocket based on the insurance policy. Other places are very upfront about it and give a heads up about expected out of pocket costs before hand but here you just get that information in the mail a month later after multiple visits. Called the billing department and the representative basically said we shouldnt expect any information from them regarding this. In this costly, confusing and complicated health care system a little care for your patients finances along with their health would go a long way.

It is definitely easier to commute to this one vs the one in Madison. However the one in Madison is easier to find if you arent sure where you are going, the carpet looks cleaner and all the staff is a lot nicer in madison vs this one. This location was very over crowded to me. I will not be back to this location. I will continue to drive to the madison clinic and see Dr. Nichols she was very nice, knowledgeable, informative and very supportive.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone is so nice and the clinic is very well organized. Dr. Ory is fantastic. She answered all of my questions and she has a wonderful bedside manner! All of the nurses and staff were also great. It’s so convenient to be able to have lab work, exam, and mammogram without ever leaving the building. The offices are very easy to find and there was no long wait to see my doctor.

The staff is so warm and welcoming. And the doctors and nurses are extremely kind and professional!!! Would 100% recommend 😊

Going to the doctor in a COVID world is not something you want to do right now. It’s a stressful time. But Dr Barry made my visit the best I have ever had. She was so nice. She wasn’t just in and out of the room, we actually had a conversation. Dr Barry is top notch.

I have called several times early in the day and one time close to closing just to have one question answered and no one will get back with me. I leave voicemails and no one calls back.

The staff were very nice in accommodating me after I was late getting to the office because I did not have the correct address. Every person were so nice and the doctor was outstanding. It is hard finding a doctor who take the time to listen and seem concerned about your help. I was well pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this clinic.

Dr. Johnson is caring, intelligent and thoughtful She is very considerate and makes you feel that you are the only patient, even though it is a busy clinic. The clinic is set up logically and well. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful doctors, nurses and support staff. The wait is not bad. I think two hours max. Thats a mammogram, annual checkup and blood work. Dr. Thomas Wiley and his nurse, Felicia, answer all your questions and explain anything and everything. They take excellent care of you.

Extremely involved, empathetic staff. The wait is not too bad and my doctor, Dr. Johnson, takes time to sit down and discuss things. She is very thorough in her work and very easy to talk to. I love this clinic and I love Dr. Johnson and I intend on going back for a long time. If anyone is looking for prenatal care or really just anything involving an OBGYN, absolutely come here.

I honestly was SHOOK at how amazing this clinic is. Dr. Johnson really and truly cares. She listens to everything you have to say and makes notes, goes in dept with your concerns and finds out the best treatment plan. I can not thank her enough for listening and treating me like an actual person. We also cant forget the nurses! I have an extreme phobia of hypodermic needles. The nurse who drew my blood was an older lady and I honestly wish she was my adoptive grandmother. She called me baby, let me lie me down and talked me though the blood drawing process and told me to take my time calming down and dont rush. I WAS SHOOK I SAY. I have never been treated with such care in my ENTIRE life. If I could give 1000 stars, I would.

Everyone was wonderful! I was very nervous about going for my appointment. I had not been in years. Dr. Ashley Johnson is the best. She took time to help me settle my nerves before doing my exam. All around friendly, non judgmental and professional place. Loved having everything done at one place.

TWC is a professional, organized and timely clinic. The staff is always friendly. The decor is beautiful and calming. There are little extras like warm wipes for mammogram testing and usually 2 different deodorants. Most of all I love my doctor! He takes time to talk about whats happened since the last visit. He also tries to encompass the whole person. Though hes been my doc for a while I feel really comfortable asking him anything about my care and concerns.

I had a good experience. Dr. Crews and his nurse are awesome. Dr. Crews is very thorough, attentive and honest. He truly care about his patients. It was so convenient to just walk down the hall to get my mammogram! From the check in to the check out it was a good experience!

Nurses are RUDE. Dr. Travelstead is an amazing doctor - but she can only be so amazing as the nurses that work for her because you deal with them 90% of the time. The Mother-Baby Unit when you deliver is a disaster. Nurses do not want to bathe you, they forget about you, the bed side manners are atrocious. I left Dr. Travelstead after many years due to my treatment by her nurses over a course of several years and the fact they take no responsibility for how they treat their patients. Baptist will never receive another dime from me or my family. BEWARE!

I had an excellent experience here. I was extremely nervous because of a previous traumatic experience I had with a gynecologist but this clinic and Dr. Travelstead made me feel so comfortable and at ease. All the nurses were extremely kind and honest with all the questions I had. I did wait for over an hour to see the doctor but it was well worth it. Will absolutely be returning to this clinic.

Dr. Nichols and her staff are so wonderful! It’s hard these days to find a Dr that will actually sit down & talk with you. Dr. Amanda Nichols has always made time for her patients, not to mention the excellent care she gives! I highly recommend them!

Today I saw Dr. Nicols. Normally I see someone else but they are out on maternity leave. During my appointment I expressed concerns about problems I’ve been having and I felt like I wasn’t listened too.

The office was set up very efficiently. Dr. Wiley was informative and kind to me. He took the time to answer my questions and give me recommendations on my healthcare. The doctor and staff were gracious and made the annual checkup a better ritual!

This was my first visit to The Woman’s Center. The anxiousness I felt faded away from the moment I signed in. I was treated from beginning to end with professionalism without severity. Being greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation gave me the ability to relax. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Wooley is a great doctor - easy to talk to, willing to listen - qualities you dont always find in doctors. I would highly recommend him.

First time at the clinic, overall my experience was very good. Doctor Travelstead is fantastic. A couple of my friends referred me. She is very personable and definitely took the time to listen to what I had to say. I didn’t however get the same feeling with the nurses. All of them were very rushed and just felt like they wanted nothing to do with me. Maybe it was just an off day, but bedside manor could use some improvement. Other than that I will definitely be returning.

Love Dr. Barry and her nurse Jessica! Both are very professional, very caring people. The general staff Ive had some issues with as theyve confused me with another patient on several occasions before (even reading me the wrong results once!). But Barry is wonderful.

Once I was seen, everything was great. But I had a 9:10 am appointment and didnt see the doctor until after 11:00 am. I was not told of any emergency or asked if I wanted to reschedule; it appeared that a two hour wait was par for the course. My time is important too!

I have been seeing Dr. Jesse Ethridge at this location for almost 17 years. He and his staff attempt to make your experience as comfortable as possible. He is considerate and down to earth. I have never had to ask him to explain things because he takes into consideration that you’re not a medical professional when he explains things. Both Dr. Ethridge and his nurse have always been great!

My first time in awhile going to the Colonnade. The receptionist was extremely rude and short. Had to continue and ask her to repeat herself. She was speaking clear to understand what was spoken. Everyone else was great!

Dr Lauren Berry is by far the best Dr Ive ever been to. Ive never been to a Dr with bedside manner like she has. She is like talking to a friend instead of a Dr.My first son was delivered by another Dr at another hospital and the experience wasnt good. I found Dr Barry when I learned I was expecting our second child. Dr Barry knew how anxious I was about the delivery and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I absolutely adore her for that

For nine whole months, my wife and I saw Dr. Barry while we were expecting the arrival of our first son. However on the night before my wife was scheduled to be induced, she went into labor. While en route to the hospital, we called the doctors office and left a message. Within minutes Dr. Gebhart returned our call. He was on call and had already called the hospital to let them know to be expecting us. Once we arrived, my wife was promptly admitted and we received nothing but the best care for the next 2 days. Long story short, whether your doctor or the On call doctor delivers your baby, you are in the best hands! Dr. Barry is and was our first choice of course but Dr. Gebhart was incredible as well!

I was actually referred to The Womans clinic by someone who I met in the local grocery store.My first visit was long but fantastic. The staff was very nice and attentive ,to not just myself but to all the other patients being seen.Dr Wooley was very informative and caring. I love the fact that he is the first non judgmental doctor I Have ever gone to.Im looking forward to my next visit. Oh and they also give discounts if you pay out of pocket which is always a plus! I am 24 years old and was diagnosed last year with PCOS— polycystic ovarian syndrome. Dr. Ashley Johnson at the Woman’s clinic changed my life. Before her, no other OBGYN would listen to me. They would just rule out my symptoms and put me on birth control. Being diagnosed with PCOS was one of the scariest moments of my life but I don’t think I would want to do it without Dr. Johnson. She has the most amazing bedside manner. This is someone you need as your OBGYN. My life could be completely different if I hadn’t chosen the Woman’s clinic.

I see Dr. Wooley at this practice and I have to say he is amazing. I was having some issues and after going to three different doctors in two different states and getting three different opinions/recommendations for treatment Dr. Wooley figured out what was wrong and put me on the right path to get it corrected. Hes really knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I wont go to see another doctor now. The staff at this location is always amazing also. Super friendly and quick to return phone calls. I typically have a return phone call within 2 hours if its within business hours, typically sooner. When I go in for my appointment they always see me on time, which is a huge plus because most offices make you wait well beyond your appointment time. Great place!

My current doctor retired, which left me to search for another one in the clinic. I chose Dr. Ethridge, who was pleasantly professional and patient. The entire staff was extremely cheerful and informative...Thank you all.
