Excellent! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I have been to various places for my mammogram, but never have I felt as if everything was so thorough. I am a breast cancer survivor, (18 yrs.), so I appreciate caring people. My experience was the best!

There was a very short wait time. Everyone was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I never dread going here for a visit. They make sure you are comfortable and explain everything that is happening.

I started to go here for my first and third pregnancies. Both times they told me I was having a miscarriage and reccomended dnc. Went to get a second opinion and my babies were completely fine and normal. Definitely wouldn’t go here.

Henry Ford Womens Health on Spring Arbor Road, is the ONLY place I go to get my womanly exams done. Each and every staff individual treats you with respect and dignity. Recently, they purchased gowns that FIT ALL BODY TYPES. Im a bigger woman and the g ou won was actually too big for me. I So appreciated my body being covered up. I choose Dr. Candice Gates as my Obgyn for our pregnancy based on a glowing recommendation from a doctor friend of ours. She was absolutely the correct choice for our lifestyle. She is friendly, informative, and gentle. I always felt listened to and she was a very calming presence throughout my pregnancy. Her partner, Dr. Nichols, is a joy to talk to. He is extremely friendly and took the time to get to know me, my husband, and what was going on in our life. Each appointment with Dr. Nichols felt as if I just left a chat with a dear family friend. I highly recommend Dr Gates and Dr Nichols if you are in need of an obgyn.

The communication in this place is horrible. The only good thing about it is dr. Gates and the reception team. I wont ever go back if I have another child

Everyone at the Womens Center were great, respectful and helpful. They gave me my mammogram results ASAP. It was a very comfortable experience.

The staff was wonderful, the facility was modern and clean, and the exam itself was quick and easy. Results were back the same day.

I had the best experience here, from prepartum to labour & delivery to postpartum care, everything and everyone was exceptional, specially because my family couldn’t come coz of covid but the staff here took great care of everything!

Dr. Gates made me feel relaxed and understood. I wish she could be my PCP, she was truly fantastic!

The staff at the center for women are always friendly, caring and professional. They always treat me as though I am the only patient they see that day, though they are always busy. Even with the Covid restrictions, they still go out of their way to be kind and professional. I would recommend the center for women to anyone!

Lazy office staff that dont care about patients AT ALL. great doctor but the staff make it not worth going there.

I like this place everyone is so friendly an caring. If your files or information gets lost it is the other party. That happen to me! My doctor elsewhere kept saying I was due. I looked at my old files an there it was my last an future appointments.. Hate to say it but someones messed with my file. This place is professional. I had surgery done 2 years ago by Candice Gates she did a wonderful job.. Then to get your mammogram done so quick in an out. They are the best.. They dont lose files..

I have been coming here for female exams and mammograms for years. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The atmosphere is so relaxing and smells good too. It feels like a spa. I would recommend the Allegiance Women’s Health Center.

Very nice staff from check in, to nurse, to the doctor who made me feel comfortable and explained things clearly to me.

All of the staff are warm and positive. I never feel rushed and they make an uncomfortable appointment as pleasant as can be.

Little disappointed I have called and left messages 2 xs today to get a follow up report and no call back. Mind you Lisa Rudd called last night said to call back my earliest convenience. Not impressed with her at all. Her lack.of compassion is BAD!Update: Been 2 weeks and no call. Canceled my next appt with her will find someone else to discuss my results with. I called 2 or 3 times and no return call back. Her lack of compassion and concern is ridiculous.

Easy check in very little wait time

This office is easy to access, easy to get appointments, and very comfortable. However, I just got billed for a service they told me (and I verified twice verbally) that would cost me $60 out of pocket, and it will end up costing me over $400. They do not know what insurance will pay, they cannot guarantee prices. Be careful.

Absolutely the best place. These women here are so wonderful. They are caring and compassionate. There is no waiting, I get in on time every time. Highly recommended.

Always great service. Takes a little time to get an appointment, but I wouldnt go anywhere else. Diligent about solving problems and hearing my concerns. Dr. Gates and her staff are wonderful.

Doctors are helpful and friendly but fail to send prescriptions/referrals/medical records repeatedly.

I will not be returning here. I was not impressed with either of the Drs. Rudd shrugged my concerns off and this new Dr, Dr. Nichols, didn’t listen to anything I had to say either. He suggested that my issues are GI related and that I should consider getting the Gastric sleeve. This place is a joke.

I like going to womans health because for one everyone is so nice and very professional,and I like it because everything is done all together your pelvic and your mammogram and if you need any labs its right downstairs so everything is done in the same building very very covenient.
