Ok so I just went the and thought nice atmosphere and the people behind the counter seem nice! Good start. Dr McShan was a nice person and sat down to explain things to me awesome! The nurses and people behind the scenes were all over the place! It was chaos! Ive called Dr McShans nurse line 3 times and no one picked up (I just wanted my lab results!) There were only two ladys there that seemed to have their life together and thats it! I wish I remembered their names! Good job to you two! Thats why Im giving this office a three instead of a one!
