Dr. Halsey has repeatedly failed to take ownership of issues of my treatment.Not discussing side effects of medications that severely impacted me.Having no interest in helping my neuropathic pain management when new meds dont work out - being told to wait until next appointment (they always schedule 4-5 months out) or being told to see my primary doctor who wont touch my diabetic care issues because they know I see an endocrinologist in the same network.Refusing to treat low testosterone, despite having nearly every symptom and labs to back it up, and then berating me when I went to another physician to have TRT prescribed.In addition to this, any time there are new meds or med changes, more often than not the scrips are not called in correctly or completely.

There appointment setup is a joke, 4 months is what I would have to wait until my diabetic daughter can be seen. I got her into the dentist faster than that and I would expect that from them but not when it comes to something as LIFE threatening as DIABETES!!! Plus the lady was rude an acted as if she couldnt care less. I will find her an Endo and staff that care. Thank you

In the past 6 months Dr. Halseys office prescribed my husband the wrong thyroid medicine 3 times. I caught it every time but the third time I called about it I was a bit upset because they could have made my husband miserable and the staff was rude... I told them I should change his doctor because they are unorganized and dont pay attention. She didnt even apologize for their mistakes. Just asked if they should cancel my husband next appointment.If youre seeing this doc pay very close attention to your test results and medications.

Dr Halsey is an excellent, but busy doctor. The office opens early in the morning (6am) to accommodate working patients. I have always found his staff to be personable and helpful. The only reason I do not continue working with Dr. Halsey is that I moved out of the area.

Ive been seeing Dr Halsey for several years and have received great service. Both he and the office are very busy, but when he is talking with me I never felt like I was being rushed. I always felt I had his full attention and he took time to answer any questions I had.

My long-suffering elderly father went to this doctor several times for a year to find a solution to end his chronic night sweats. Doctor never figured it out and was repeatedly arrogant when asked about considering other treatment options. My father is disappointed and my mother is angry. Huge waste of time and money.They will seek solution with their regular doctor.
