Rock Care provides amazing care to my son with special needs. Dependable, and their staff is always trained very well to do the jobs that are required by them. I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of having a loved one care for. They really do provide Rock Solid Care you can depend on. Excellent company. The management seems to really care about their clients and tries to respond to needs immediately. They still have the personal touch that is missing from so many of the companies in this business.

Terrible help. Worker was a no show on 2nd day on the job. By day 5 another no show and worker had phone shut off so couldnt be contacted. NEVER trust your loved one in their care

When I, personally , worked there I applied to work as a DSP part-time. I already worked 42.5 hours a week and just wanted something a couple days a week. I was hired and given a schedule that was a total of 40+ hours and had shifts in multiple homes throughout the day. So, not only was I working too many hours I was also not working for the right Dept. I told them I cant work that much. They said they would find someone to cover it. I ended up not making it a week before I just couldnt do it anymore. My boyfriend also worked there as a DSP and he was fired because he couldnt prove he didnt do the ridiculous thing he was accused of. (Not to do with a client) they are a joke. Swear they have NO ONE to cover shifts and make you stay all night, but as soon as they fire you for no reason have new people in there right away.

Favoritism at its worst. Checks were short for the hours I worked. And no raise even know it was promised. That and using your weaknesses to their advantage. Being someone with ADHD got basically told that I couldnt take on another client. Basically keeps things on the down low. Not a good job to work for.

Liars, best make sure you have hours before you quit your old job. On top of that never got paid for the few days I worked there.

I know a few people associated with the company and they do not receive proper training orders or pay! Horrible company by what I hear if a zero star option was possible I would select it
