My sisters and I were put in orphanage in late 40s or early 50s we were the :the van Sluijters: sisters we were so happy there we would gladly go back if need be, it was also a learning experience and there were lessons to be learned that has always stayed with us
In in June of 2003 Me, and my three younger siblings were brought to this place back when it was Baptist Childrens Village. Although we were there for a short term everyone still treated us with at most respect. Its a much better alternative than a Juvenile Detention Center.
Give children a safe place to live. It needs some updates and upgrades on the buildings and property.
I enjoyed my long-term stay at Methodist Childrens Home. They made sure I had everything I needed and everything I wanted. Most of all I felt safe.
This place is a blessing for children and parents. Its defiantly a God spirted place. Gives children opportunitys in life. And gives parents chances to get there lifes back together. To make a better life for there children.
Lovely people
