My experience with Dr. Malhotra and his staff was beyond anything I could have hoped for! Having a breast augmentation surgery has been a dream of mine for years. Dr.Malholtra and Tammy were exceptional during my entire process. Ever since I hit puberty my breasts were asymmetrical. After years and years of dealing with this and as a woman my self esteem was in the toilet. At the courages age of 23 I decided to do something for myself and got a breast augmentation. Both professionals were exceptional at keeping my involved in my care and stayed honest with me the entire time. They made me feel comfortable, and welcomed and made sure to check on me several times after my procedure. Now I can confidently wear a swim suit and not be in constant fear someone will know! My girls have never looked better! I would do it over a million times with two!

I am pretty new to Michigan so I had visited a handful of plastic surgeons. While making the appointment I assumed AA Plastic surgery would just be another stop I made on my list. After meeting with Dr. Malhotra and interacting with the office staff there was no doubt in my mind that this was the place I wanted my surgery. ZERO pressure on what to do and when to do it. Everyone in the office is VERY professional and patient. I showed up with a ton of questions and all were answered. The surgery itself went very smooth and the Quick Recovery Technique that Dr. Malhotra uses is definitely a bonus! Surgery was Friday morning and I was literally out the next day at a friends house, and back to work that Monday. I highly recommend AA Plastic Surgery!!!

I have had nothing but a wonderful and professional experience from AAPS! Tammy and Dr were both great and I felt so comfortable the whole time! Surgery went great as well, didn’t need any pain Meds other than Tylenol! Would 100% recommend AAPS to anyone!

Abbey did my Botox injections and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience! She took so much time consulting with the look I wanted and what was to be expected. It also wasn’t painful and no crunching sound like when I’ve had previous injections at other places! My results have not set in yet but just from the experience I had, I would send anybody to her! 💪🤗 Shes a true artist!

Had the best experience possible. I did a lot of research and this Mr. Malhotra is on the top of his profession. He is a true artist. He listened to all of my concerns and fulfilled all of my request. I am so glad I let him do my breast augmentation and will definitely return if I decide to do anything else. I think he is fantastic!!.

Didn’t get the out come I thought I would. I actually weigh more 10 months after surgery. Dr. Didn’t take photos after for that very reason. I expressed my concerns at my 6 month check up but I was told I would need a tummy tuck for further results. Not worth the money invested. Do your research first.

Dr. Malhotra and his staff exceeded my expectations. I made the call one day to inquire about BA with almost no prior knowledge of the procedure and they all took a significant amount of time walking me through each step of the process. The surgery was on a thurs- I was back to work on Monday. My total cost was $5,500 and I now have the exact results Id hoped for. Side note: REALLY do allow yourself 1-2 months for swelling to come down and them to fall into place. I had a lot of swelling and I wasted a lot of time freaking out when it all went away after 3-5 weeks.

Don’t give them your email. Even if they decide you’re not good enough to spend your money there, they’ll flood your in box with weekly/ monthly specials.

I have been so pleased with Dr. Malhotra and his staff. I went in wanting a Breast Augmentation, but ended up having to get a Breast Lift also. I was very scared about having all the scaring that came along with the procedure. Dr. Malhotra and his staff assured me that it would look great and that the scaring would not be as bad as I thought it would be. And they were right! I went in for my six week check up and Dr Malhotra could not believe how fast my scares had disappeared. He had told me in the beginning that they would heal nicely, but didnt expect such great results in just six weeks. Just goes to show that Dr Malhotra is the best at what he does and I would definitely recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Malhotra. I met with 3 Dr.s and Dr. Malhotra was the best choice. He is kind and patient and listened to all my concerns without trying to sell me on procedures I was not interested in. He gave his expert advice on what would be the best option for me with realistic expectations. I was very nervous going into surgery but the staff at the surgery center is wonderful and helped through the entire process. The staff at Dr. Malhotras office is wonderful as well; answering any and all questions after surgery. I had a mini-TT and lipo and I am thrilled with the results. I would recommend Dr. Malhotra to anyone!
