It was great. Everyone was awesome. The dentist that pulled my tooth was really great and very sweet, you couldnt ask for anybody else. This place is terrific!

1. Sometimes I leave a message for a call back but don’t hear from anyone.2. When having a procedure done - attending person never explains what’s about to happen. I’ve never had an implant denture before so every step is new to me!3. Wish someone would explain what each visit’s charges are for - again, never had this done before.4. Normally everyone has been very friendly.

This is the best go to spot to help you with any type of dentures. Services include but arent limited to extraction, implants, relining of your set, purchase of several types of dentures.Staff had all safety measures in effect for staff & client. Excellent service and competitive prices.

Paid around 1700 for upper and lowers....they never offered implants. Once you get your permanent dentures after a year of wearing temps, they give you so many weeks of free checks and hard or soft liners, due to COVID and then being closed and taking no appts, I lost several weeks and when called to get a hard liner put in bc they kept popping out, they wanted to charge $200 per arch. I have dental insurance now and they said they accept no insurance. Just wow. Way to keep a loyal customer.

Beware of this place, your better off going to an independent dentist who wants to provide the best service to their patients.

Very nice people. Professional staff. Long wait for pick up. I was told by 2 people 3:30 pm. Another told me 4:00 pm and they were not ready until 4:45 pm and I had another appointment at 5. Why office feel it is acceptable customer service to overbook baffles me. The good Lord gives us all 24 hours in a day. I feel the time he gave me is just as important as any other person.

It was a pleasant experience. I hated going to the dentist office but that proved to be very wrong as I ended up losing a lot of my teeth until I didnt have enough left to speak of. Im writing this still from the waiting area. My appointment was at 10:30am. I was told to come 15 mintues early to do new patient paperwork. I did just that. I came in for an upper denture consult. It is now 12:27pm and Ive yet to speak to ANYONE past having an x-ray!!! Im so frustrated that I took off work today to just be billed $125.00 & be ignored!

They very kind and took the time to answer all my 100 questions! I will be returning for all my future dental procedures! Highly reccomend.

I thought they were good in the beginning but it seems like once they got my money it all changed. Its been a month now and I have only been able to wear my dentures for about 5 days of that month. The people who have seen me with the dentures, make fun of me because it looks like I have a dip in my lip. The dentures do not fit correctly and every time I say something about it they tell me I have to give my gums time to heal. They keep adding more gunk to the teeth so they are very thick uncomfortable. In fact I just came in because the dentures were cutting my cheek really badly and were not fitting at all and all they did was add even more gunk. I bought the premium dentures thinking that I would get awesome dentures, now I wished I had went economy. If youre going to get dentures please do research before you jump on somewhere. I know I wished I had. The worst $3,600 I ever spent in my life. I am very disappointed because I spent this much money and they wont even stop and listen to me. And I am still walking around with no teeth. The bottoms are so thick now that it is impossible to wear them. And they do not care. I know several people right now wanting to get dentures, I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family. I do hope they try to make it right next time. I guess only time will tell. Im supposed to be getting used to wearing the dentures and I cannot do it because I cannot wear the dentures they will not stay in my mouth and they are so thick at this point that I cant stand to have them in.

It takes to long for someone to answer the phone or call back if you want to make an appointment. Maybe your are understaffed or there is a lack of communication between the people at the front desk. The dental technicians do a good job tho.

They were able to get me in very quickly. Very informative on prices and the design best to fit me. This is the second set I have I have purchased. No complates here!Its great to have my smile back!

Had a new patient consultation. Wait time was short. The nurses and dentist I spoke to were extremely nice and sweet. They explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Drive all the way to Jackson in hopes of finally getting dentures. When I got there to sign in and give my insurance card they said they dont take insurance and I would have too pay all services then they would do paper work on claim too my insurance. They should tell people they wont money up front. So much for being affordable. Maybe for the rich

Dr. Patterson pulled my teeth, he was great! Savannah I believe was in the room with us and she was very supportive.. all the ladies I have seen have been completely wonderful. The front desk is always pleasant.. I do not regret going to afforable dentures.. If your looking for a place to go for dental work, just go and see em. You will be glad you did..IT has been a year with affordable dentures, and still a good review! I am super pleased with the work they have done! and everyone there is great. they are always more than happy to help make you comfortable. I only had to go back for adjustments 2 times!! ( for the whole year) I now have my permanent set, and couldnt more happy with them..

The staff was informative and cooperative with my husband as well as my self.We used Affordable Dentures 16 years ago and have been quite happy thus far with my own dentures. When I scheduled my appointment I was asked any notes for receptionist I responded with I lost my 2 front teeth 3yrs ago and interested in implants. 10 days later I was so excited for my appointment, after completing the new patient paperwork I was turned away because they dont do individual teeth. I was extremely disappointed and why ask for notes if no one reads them!!

I brought my mother here for a full set of dentures. The staff were all nice, professional and courteous. The Covid measures in place were great and we didn’t worry about possibly being infected as would normally be high on my list of worries in a dental setting. Not only were her dentures very affordable but they were so quick! She got her impressions made on Wednesday and is picking up her new dentures tomorrow which is only 2 days later! (Friday)

To whom it may concern: My wife called Affordable Dentures Thursday (3/4/21) and scheduled an appointment for this past Monday (3/8/21/ for 8AM. I sit there for exactly one hour and I approached the front desk which I was told they had scheduled me for 9AM. I continued to sit there and I got in a chair exactly 9:40. They were finished with me exactly 9: 45. During this time the office manager came in and tryed to justify the tardiness of my apartment. I was very dissatisfied with the time I was seen

Love them the doctors and nurses was so friendly and nice very helpful answered any questions I had made me feel better about myself and my experience with them.

Waited over 2 hours for a consultation. When put in the exam room the dr was very short and didnt really take the time to explain things well. Felt as tho I was not a priority nor important. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is the staff at the front desk was very polite and professional. I would not recommend.

Needless to say....I am one of those people that dreads going to the Dentist....If I had of only known what an easy and pleasant experience it was going to be....I could have saved myself a lot of sleepless nights and suffering. Great customer service

I paid $3,600 for 18 teeth extracted, lower cast metal partial and ultimate fit full upper denture...IN APRIL 2019! I have been suffering ever since! For 11 months, I went back many, many, many times for adjustments and relines. Never did either denture fit correctly. I decided to switch to the Jackson, TN office in the hope that they could correctly make my permanent upper denture that it was now time for (March 2020). When I went to be fitted for the permanent top plate, I was not wearing my lower partial because it was painfully impossible to wear. I did bring it with me though. When about to place my upper mold, I was told that I needed to put my partial in. I did. New permanent plate is totally incorrect now!! I tried to talk to the office supervisor and was told that it is my fault because I allowed them to make an upper plate with an ill-fitting lower partial. What?! Aren’t you the professionals?? I paid $3,600 to have teeth that fit correctly and that function normally! Is that too much to ask or expect??! I just want an upper plate that correctly fits or a refund. Period.

Wonderful place to get your teeth fixed. Very organized and professional. Wonderful customer interactions with all the staff . Dentist was top of the line . Plenty of novacaine and did a awesome job getting two broke teeth out . 24 hrs later and I’m completely recovered. Highly recommend and will be going back in six months for my partial

Meeting me at my appointment time was great, staff were friendly and prompt. My situation was promptly resolved within a day. I felt much more comfortable with the work done on my denture. The only problem is that I still have food particles remaining between the denture and my gum after eating.

Everyone is always nice and treats me with the upmost respect and always have been since I started going for my 1st time back 15 years ago when I had lost a front tooth and Ive been going ever since. Can beat the prices they are affordable and make beautiful teeth, dentures. I wore my bride for 14-15 years and nobody ever knew that they werent my real teeth. So far so good. Lower teeth removed and fitted with immediate denture on Tuesday July 14. Anxious for gum swelling to subside. Denture is feeling more comfortable every day.Once healing is complete we’ll be ready for my top teeth.

The ladies that work at the receptionist desk are so kind and sweet. Due to covid-19 they are having to do things differently.The young man that is helping people to register out side,is also very kind and professional. Cheaper than a dentist office. Wished I would of done the surgery part through them. They done ok on the temps but after waiting a year to do the final they didnt do well on them. The front of the dentures are so thin in front that I cant eat with them. Went back to my temporaries.

Very fast and affordable dentures the dentist that pulled my teeth James Moss and the assistant Lexi are two of the greatest people in that office. I had 26 teeth extracted both Tori removed on lower jaw basically reshaping my mouth. Have had absolutely no problems, would recommend them to anyone especially the two aforementioned employees.

I spent close to 4K and I have never been satisfied with any of my dentures. I waited a full year to get my permanent dentures and they have all been made to large, not able to eat with them, fake looking, and Im unable wear them for any length of time. I wear them long enough to go to the store and back NO social life anymore. I bought the ultimate fit and they are aweful. I told them when I first got them they were worse than the immediate dentures. So many flaws uneven and they ran out of time the day I got them and told me to just tryem out!! OMG!! Due to Covid-19 medical reasons and a hospialization I was unable to return for an adjustment. Any adjustments now will cost me extra. They have never been adjusted. Im not wasting any more money on these people. Im still paying from my initial cost.

These guys are good! I was told by TWO other dentist that I couldnt be fitted for dentures. Dr Kristin Kaelin did it! She pulled 9 teeth, quick. I couldnt believe it. Shes so sweet and compassionate. Her staff was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. I was referred by my brother in law who had 27 teeth extracted and then fitted with a beautiful set of dentures! Please, if youre looking for a positive experience, rest easy, this is THE place.

While I understand the safety procedure in place because of COVID, older patients can not wait in their vehicles for 45 minutes after their appointment time to have dental work and then scurrying to find a restroom. Other than that - they are great!!

Had to have my wisdom teeth out, and they did incredible! Super quick and efficient, while still explaining everything I needed to know. Same day visit and procedure, so it’s all out of the way in one day, which is awesome for busy schedules. Price was incredible as well! Best I found in the area for sure. I was super nervous about the procedure but they made me feel comfortable and it was all over before I knew it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I made an appointment to have three teeth extracted and to have a consultation for upper and lower dental implants .I clearly let the person making the appointment how much pain that I had been suffering. I was told that the soon as they could get me in was over 3 weeks . When I got their on time at 3:30 they took X-rays and told me that they didnt do upper implants I told them what I told the pH appt person that I wanted upper and lower implants and before anything needed the extension. They charged me $125.00 and told me Id have to make another appointment almost 2 weeks from then. Refused to give me antibiotics or pain medication. I will never go back, they dont care all they are interested in is the money. I wouldnt have even given them a one star because they dont even deserve that but had to to rate them! Trust me they SUCK!!!

I arrived early and was seen promptly. They made my impressions and then they allowed me to try on a wax set to see if they fit properly. After that, they told me when to come back and I went to lunch and returned. By 3:30, I was wearing my new teeth and smiling at the wonderful job they did making my teeth! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get teeth!

I have been through this process before (several years ago) so I knew what to expect. The staff was efficient, friendly and sincere in their interactions. I am pleased with my new dentures. I do have to get adjusted to the new feel of the teeth against my tongue (or vice versa) but I know that it will be fine.

I recently had an upper partial made from there. It was the cheap same day partial that they make. It was awful but I didn’t expect much for only $400-$500. It broke within a few days. I could have went back and they would have made it right. However, I wanted a better flex partial. So I waited. My wife made me an appt with DDS so I had it made and they are excellent and cheaper. The flex partial needed a rough spot smoothed out so my wife called Affordable Dentures in Jackson, TN Friday to see if they would be able to do an adjustment on them even though they were not the ones who originally made them. They said sure and front desk staff was amazing and got me an appt that morning. They lab made me wait from 8-9:45 which I understood, however, what was frustrating was the lab girl stated that they didn’t do my partial and I told them I got it done in Oklahoma City however, they had did my upper. She took my partial and then came back in about 2 mins and said they will not touch my partial and was awfully rude about it. I asked why not? And told her I would be glad to sign a waiver not to hold them responsible if they broke it. She said they needed the info from the office about them faxed over. I told her okay, I can call them real quick and have it sent over. She said no and proceeded to escort me out of their area. It was really awful and rude of them. I immediately felt uncomfortable and just left, feeling extremely weirded out by this experience. I called the corporate office and they apologized and offered for me to come back to another location in Nashville area and they would fix them. I of course declined.After this experience I wouldn’t refer anyone ever to their office for services. The front desk should for sure educate the back lab/ dental assistant on business acumen.Still a weird and strange encounter, lol. Any ways. DDS about 53 miles away helped me and such a nicer office and they never try to sell their products, DDS makes sure they are doing what’s best for their pt’s and their pt’s budget.

I was staying sick all the time and could not gain weight due to bad teeth.....I got all my teeth pulled March 2018 and dentures put in same day. I now have my permanent set and Have a good reason to smile! I eat everything with my new teeth, and the ladies at Affordable Dentures have been there every step of the way, good days and bad, to help me adjust, to make adjustments and to assure me it will be worth it..... it has been worth it! Any trouble I just go in, they work with me until they are right and Im smiling again in no time. Thanks Affordable Dentures, for giving me back a smile I forgot I had!

Was told I have to keep these for a year and they would be ready in April. Waited until the end of April and called. Was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. Got NO CALL. Called back again today, and was told the same thing. If I don’t get a call this time, I’m going out there and I won’t be nice! Y’all didn’t hesitate on taking my money. GIVE ME WHAT IM SUPPOSE TO HAVE THEN!!!! Won’t be going back even if they’re the only dentist in town. Will go elsewhere!!!

Super nice people. Thorough & want your teeth to look & feel good when you leave. The only negative is the costs but I guess everybody is expensive. Wait time is ridiculous but guess thats because they are that good. It would be nice if they could hire more people or do something to help alleviate the necessity to stay 10 hrs a day.
