I have not personally received any services from here. Theres a reason for that. No communication. Period. The hours are different everywhere you look. Very unprofessional. Make up your mind.*Update: I tried calling and sending a Facebook message.

I called at 6:30 they said they closed at 9pm and walk in welcome. The girl tells me they are booked for the night. I said what about walk in welcomed. She said you will just have to wait until appointments are done. I go and figure at some point they will be done. I walk in and they say they are closed. It’s 7pm. I am now watching them go to their car. They just didn’t want to do it. I bet the owner doesn’t know they do this. People open a business to earn clients while employees turn them away. The girl knew I was coming to wait. She even told the other one. I told you she called and was coming. The other one said well our appointments are here. They are supposed to be open till 9pm. I see them turn off the lights. False and lazy people who don’t want to work

The music, although it was appropriate for the ambiance of the salon, was VERY loud. To the point where my head was hurting. I wanted to support small business/local so I tried Nude Wax & Brow Bar! I arrived 6 minutes before my scheduled appt and although nobody else was being serviced at the time, I was not called back until 12 minutes later. I was on my lunch break and was in a bit of a time crunch and although I did not communicate this with the esthetician I felt that the delay in starting my appt was unprofessional. Once in the wax room, she gave instructions for the appt and left out. I sat for another 6 minutes. I was there for an underarm wax and bikini line wax. There was no covering provided for me down below which made me extremely uncomfortable. During the wax, someone knocked on the wax room door. To my horror, the esthetician went to the door and although she blocked the door with her body, a full-on conversation was had with the knocker as I laid on the table uncovered. It was horrible! My total appointment time was 42 minutes with the taking super long for her to come back in after my separate services. Services that I had been going to Madison (drive time included) with much more professionalism, privacy, etc for the same amount of time. I will not return.

Was looking for a new brow girl since moving from NOLA to Mississippi so glad I came across this gem. Not only was Charley so hospitable and took her time. My brows have never been more on point. Im in love! And cant wait to see her again!Attached the before and after. Magic 💜💥

The atmosphere is very pleasant, inviting, and clean. I love that they actually have doors to the rooms instead of curtains.Brittany is a great technician with friendly personality. OMG!!! I am so body shy and for Charley to make me comfortable is beyond amazing. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone I know. She talked me through the nearly painless process. The atmosphere is so relax and refreshing. Charley exceeded all expectations of a waxing. I always look forward to going back. Nude is about to be Jackson’s new big thing. Just wanted to say, I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for a few years now. Hands down the best service I’ve had so far. It was clean and comfortable. From the decor to the music. I could go on and on honestly. I got a wax by Charley & she was amazing. Gentle, informative, & patient. So please if you wonder if you should or shouldn’t go. GOOOOOO. You won’t regret it. Ohh yeah, I went yesterday 06/03/2020 after they reopened due to COVID-19. My temp was checked upon arrival and a mask was provided. This lady truly puts money and time into making her business successful & customers safe... Every time I’m in town and need a wax. I’m coming to Nude wax & brow bar.
