They answered all of my questions and informed me thoroughly of my options. Referred me to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was very understanding and pleasant. I came in originally with tooth pain as a first time patient and I will definitely be returning!The office was clean and modern as well as welcoming.

There is a reason I drive an hour and a half to go to this dentist. It doesnt even matter which dentist you see, everyone is so kind and understanding and willing to work with you. I couldnt say enough nice things about Jackson Dental.

Second visit... Upgrading to 5 stars! Had a complicated bridge fitting. Dr Edwards is amazing! . I am extremely hard to numb. He has great skill with multiple, deep and evasive numbing. I had to have between 6-8 shots in the very back of my mouth. A really difficult area to numb; and usually very painful. He has a technique to make it as tolerable as possible. I really appreciated his diligence and compassion. I am a lifetime patient.UPDATE...3rd visit. Temp crown came off last night. They got me in today. Dr Edwards and Lara (hygienist) are epitome of patience. He reinstalled the temp and spared me discomfort. Even blessed me with a thoughtful gift. They really take the stress out of stressful procedures and they put you at ease... all while making you feel like youre important to the practice. I am so glad I gave them a try. I was in a horrible place. My tooth broke and I was experiencing the most excruciating pain Ive ever felt.. I swear it felt like someone was smashing hammers and ice picks on my face over and over again. I couldnt sleep and was going crazy. Early in the morning I tried going to several places but they turned me away because they were solidly booked for months.. the best I was told was that maybe someone would cancel and Id get a call.. I was also confused and astonished to find out you cant even get a tooth pulled under emergency conditions at the hospital...coming back to Jackson I noticed Jackson Dental. Im not sure why I never noticed them before but I turned in and hoped for the best.. even though they were also all booked up , they were very kind to me. The front desk as well as the aides and even the doctor were all very friendly, understanding, helpful and kind and took care of me . I know I was extremely lucky and by the grace of God, I am absolutely thankful for them all.

Dr. Bell is always great, and always checks on you throughout whatever procedure he is doing to make sure you are numb and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and keep you up to date with everything. Love this dental place, wouldnt choose anyone else.

After my very first appointment with this office, I received a handwritten card from Dr. Bell welcoming me and stating he was looking forward to being my dentist. Impressive!Dr. Bell was very thorough. He communicated everything he was doing. His dental hygienists are so kind and personable. The front staff are all very sweet. It was a wonderful experience. After I had some work done, Dr. Bell called me personally the next day to see how I was doing and ask if I had any concerns. Quality service. Quality people. I went in for a cavity but after cutting the crown off the tooth was too far gone to be filled. My need for extra numbing shots was taken in stride. The extraction was done right then & there. In the past extractions I needed had to be done by a oral surgeon. I can not say enough good things about this office and how they made me feel comfortable. Very professional.

Dr Etherton seems really nice. I didnt meet with him for too long today but I go back tomorrow. I went once before for a problem with one of my teeth and they made sure to get me in and get some relief before I was scheduled for my oral surgery. The ladies in the office are all very nice. I wish I could remember who helped me today because she was really sweet. Im happy to have found a dentist office who seems like they care about their patients!

This was my first visit. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. The waiting area is more like a relaxing living room. All of the employees there were kind, thoughtful and very nice. They put you at ease. Dr. Edwards was wonderful. Excellent bedside manner. He explained my situation in great detail, all the while listened to everything I said and took time to make sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He never made me feel rushed, which was really nice. He seems extremely competent. My whole family will be going to Jackson Dental!

The new Hygienist was knowledgeable, proficient and enjoyable to have as a client. This is not to take away form any in the past, but did seem to stand out.

This place is amazing and the staff was beyond awesome. My boyfriend had broken a tooth and I had called everywhere even all the way to St Louis from Jackson Missouri to find him a dentist to go to an emergency and the only dentist that would even try to schedule him early was Jackson dental theyre so understanding very empathetic for the situation and made it happen at 8:40 the next morning. I cannot think this place enough I will continue to do all my dentist work there and my children and him. I just moved to Jackson from St Louis and this is the reason why I love it here! The people are awesome!

Do NOT recommend. No one knows what the hell they are doing. They screwed up and then refused to acknowledge their mistake and make it right. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!
