Great place great people.. beautiful work

This is school, YES. BUT as students, it is a part of your job to learn different types of hair. As an instructor, it is your job to correct your students when they perform poorly. The pictures attached are of a “SILK PRESS” done on my baby cousin. The student only passed through her hair with the flat iron ONCE. And she rushed in the entire process. These pictures were taken literally 20 minutes after leaving. I ended up calling back to the school and the instructor passed it all off with “There is a disclaimer and they are students....” I had to come home and redo her hair. Yea it was only $14 but no one wants to waste their money on someone who isn’t even gonna try. The girl just did not want to do her hair at all.

So ive been going and takeing my daughter to this school for i long tim i evan went to do haor school here and its amazing i love how they do my daughters hair and i will definitely be back

The girl who did my hair was being lazy and she barely washed it then she put conditioner in my hair and barley washed it out she parted my hair in different parts and blow dried it but she was so lazy with that, that my hair was still wet and I asked for a silk press not a flat iron a silk press you are suppose to use a pressing comb and a flat iron and your hair must be dry because if not the water that is left on your head will burn you if you apply heat Ive had a silk press before and this wasnt it. How can someone be lazy or another person hair what are you there for and I wasnt even supposed to be this girl client Im very upset with this and It was a waste of money if I wanted to just have a flat iron I would have done it my self 😑😑😑😑😑😑

My Daughter attended the school in Jackson tn This school is like dealing wit high school Kids The teachers condone Arguments its supposed to be like helping & looking out for each other My Daughter left this school Dealing with this school is not good unless ur a messy person its a waste of time to start some people probably do finish but if u dont take BS u wont & they mess up ur Financial Aid once u start they dont care once they get their money smh its shame to play wit people that wants to do something they likeI Wouldnt Recommend This school to no 1 & The People over this school dont return calls Thanks For Nothing Empire

I graduated from this school it was amazing the people that run are amazing i learned a lot and i thank them for it
