I am so excited that Kira is teaching yoga at Medicine Wheel Wellness. Shes well known local yoga instructor. I took a virtual class yesterday and it was perfect.

Can’t recommend enough. Saw Derek for some niggling pain and circulation issues, and he listened patiently and went right to work focusing specifically on specific areas that ended up being the root causes of what I was experiencing, without even knowing it. He was patient, and very thoughtful, giving quite a few preventative and rehabilitative suggestions for me to do at home to keep things in good shape. Well suited for anyone who plays or works in the mountains.

I had never been to Medicine Wheel Wellness until last night! I went to the Restorative Meditation and Sound bath Workshop and it was truly incredible. I loved every moment. I have been to sound baths before and this one was unlike any of them. The focus on the four parts of the medicine wheel were eye opening and I loved the whole ritual of learning about it. The sound bath was a complete and total journey with heart openers, throat chakra openers and twists. Francine was an awesome guide, a guide that lead me to healing with modalities Ive never used before. Breath was a big part of this experience for me as well as the scent of the essential oils. Until about a year ago, I had never identified with back pain. Quickly, I became laden with intense daily back aches that greatly interrupted my lifestyle. Medicine Wheel is amazing. I was in town for a couple of days, had a lot of hip pain and was able to get in same day for chiropractic and massage. The practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable, caring and effective, and I started feeling better immediately! If you are considering making an appointment, do it, you will not regret it!

I have been working with Medicine Wheel Wellness for the past 3 years and couldnt be happier. The practitioners are highly skilled and professional - it’s a pleasure to work with them! Im also grateful for the opportunity to service my clients here.On a side note, I’ve seen several physicians for LLQ pain beginning in 2015 without relief. I’ve also had two ultrasounds and a CT scan, which pumps you full of radiation. After two visits with Derrik, a chiropractor who specializes in sports medicine, physiotherapy, and endurance training, the pain is gone. It turns out my psoas muscle was super tight, causing pain in my left lower abdomen and back. Derrik gave me four exercises to do during my first visit, and he added two more during the second. Not only is the pain gone, but I’m noticing improvements in alignment, stability, and strength. Derrik is a true professional who is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. More importantly, he is focused on treating the root cause rather than a patch fix, and it’s obvious that he cares about his patients’ overall health and wellness. Can’t say enough good about Dr. Derrik Sulzer and the Medicine Wheel as an entirety. Not only has he helped rid me of my life long back, hip, ankle complaints and imbalances, he has also helped me through his coaching and guidance with strength and mobility work to correct those muscular imbalances and got me back on the skin track and sharp end of the rope where I love to be!

Lovely concept - fitness and wellness in one location. Had a great massage here and my wife and I really enjoyed our yoga class.

Im skiing pain free this year with all the help from my knee rehab group classe, durability class, and very conscientious yoga classes. A large number of varieties of strength training are available for all levels. Check them out!

Dr. Sulzer is an excellent chiropractor. His knowledge of sports medicine and mountain athletics surpasses other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past. His adjustments are comfortable and my mobility is much better afterwards. The exercises he has me perform at home make the adjustments last longer than other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past. 5/5 recommend Dr. Sulzer!

I highly recommend Dr. Derrik Sulzer. After months of pain in my back and leg, seing several PTs and chiros, I was able to get back on my skis after only 2 days of care from Derrik. Hes helped me with several injuries now and wouldnt be able to work and play today in the same way without him.

I love the variety of classes MWW offers. Their holistic approach allowed me to transition from Excel Physical Therapy (upstairs) right back to athletic activities after an injury.

Derrick of Medecine Wheel is amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. He approaches the body holistically and with the optimism and expectations of an athlete. I have seen 7 podiatrists and 3 different physical therapists over the course of the last 5 years for severe metatarsalgia. I could feel that my left leg and foot were not working properly, that the connection between my brain, nerves and foot had gone awry. I knew that this had to have something to do with my foot pain. Physical therapy had helped, but it was not until I began seeing Derrick that I started to connect it all and recover normal motion. I now have the tools to address the asymmetries and dysfunction that have developed over years of running, skiing, skating, etc. Using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release, gua sha, and neuromuscular approaches including DNS, he has gotten me back running on trails and walking without pain. Best place for fitness classes, yoga, and all sorts of alternative medicine. Everything is taught or supervised by trained professionals, such as physical therapists, those with sports medicine degrees, professionals certified in their areas of expertise, etc. And, they are genuinely caring and friendly people.
