This company has very questionable business practices. I started a lease to purchase a CPAP machine with an auto pay account and got dunning letters stating I did not pay my bill right from the start of this year. Once they finally did take a payment from my auto pay account it took the two months to credit the payment to my account. The next two bills I got did not show a payment. This went on for several months with multiple calls to there billing dept. which got me nowhere. Several representatives were very rude, especially my local office. I ended up returning the CPAP machine and purchased another machine for a less than third of the price. Two moths after the return of their machine I am still getting bills, one item on the bill is for a humidifier which is an integral part of the machine and the machine cannot be operated without the humidifier. They stated the charge was in case the humidifier failed they would fix it. Do yourself a favor and go out and purchase you own machine.

I called on the 25th to get scheduled to pick up my dying mothers equipment before the 1st as I couldnt afford her rent and was relinquishing her apartment on the 1st. They said a driver would call to make sure I was there for pickup on the 30th or 31st. When nobody called, I called back on the 31st and was told I must have slipped through the cracks and was NEVER scheduled. They again said the person out driving would call me. 2hrs later, I called back as again nobody had called and they said they were too busy and couldnt get it for another week. Now I am stuck returning the equipment myself before they charge her account again.

The tank on my CPAP started leaking. Ive been using a CPAP 10 years. The national office was very helpful. Found my information right away told me my machine was too old to get parts. The local office didnt know who I was and was rude. They call me all the time to buy hoses. but couldnt call me when my machine was replaced. then they want me to pay 75dollars for a temporary machine. I have to get a perscription from my doctor for a new CPAP. Keep in mind I cant sleep without this machine because I stopped breathing several times a minute.

Beware this place will falsify test results to sell there products.
