Debra is an amazing massage therapist. I appreciate the way she works up to a deep massage, and is willing to spend extra time with you to ensure youre rested and relaxed at the end of a treatment. Worth every penny!

This was an amazing therapeutic massage that left me feeling great afterwards. Good location, nice feel from the place - if I have a single complaint it’s that “go upstairs” ought to be somewhere in the directions.

I had a 1 hour massage from Debra, who is the owner and only therapist currently working at Bodyworks. Bodyworks is located on the 2nd floor of the Integrative Medicine Center - there is a staircase to the right when you go in the main entrance. Street parking available very close by.The massage was great, and included a face massage, which Ive never had before during massages at other spas. Afterwards, Debra spent some time showing me some stretches I could do to help relieve neck tension and other tips for reducing shoulder and neck tension. It was really nice that she spent time to talk with me afterwards.Credit cards are not accepted, but you can pay cash or check or pay online.The downtown location is convenient but the building the room is located in is a bit noisy - on the corner of 2 busy streets, so could hear some traffic and could hear people walking around within the building. After a little while, it was easy to tune out the background noise.Hours seem pretty flexible and scheduling via email worked well for me.Edit on 10/27/20 - Ive had several massages with Debra since the initial review. She is great. She has moved to a new location on Aurora St that is quieter. She is very thorough, kind, friendly, and I never feel rushed or like I need to hurry out for next appointment.
