MY experience with customer service was excellent, my phone calls reached a person who answered questions accurately and was very helpful. However, my lab results did not come in as expected for the time frame allowed. When I called, the tests requested had not been sent out after almost three weeks. If I had not called and questioned this, I wonder if they would have been run.My advise to all who use this service is to follow up on your submitted tests. They do offer a unique service and I am disappointed that this happened.

Almost impossible to reach customer service. Once you do you should still expect to be placed on hold repeatedly.
