Carol Bass is a tremendous healer, also a gifted and compassionate audiologist. Not only did she cure me of my tinnitus, she discovered a 35% bilateral hearing deficit, undoubtedly caused by a prior TBI. Alison is also fantastic in the office, in a great mood and extremely helpful. What a team! I feel blessed to have been referred to All Ears!

The sound quality of my Hearing aids from All Ears are outstanding!!!!! I really, really love really them!!! It was the best money I have spent in a long time- I am so glad I decided to buy good quality hearing aids.I have a hearing loss mostly in the high pitches in both ears and the hearing aids gave me exactly the boost I needed for socializing and meetings. I now feel more at ease attending events and don’t feel like everyone is just mumbling any longer. I am highly recommending my husband, friends and everyone else to come here. Carol Bass was recommended to me by my audiologist in Syracuse for my tinnitus (ringing in my ears). Unlike Google Userwho posted 5 years ago, I did find that the truth helped me deal with this condition. Once she proved that it was actually at a very low level, I found it much easier to deal with and no longer consider it to be a problem.
