Had a Bro-zillian done by Rachel. She was extremely professional and made me comfortable during the procedure. Being as it was a first time for me she took the time to explain the waxing and aftercare. Highly recommend her and her salon for any guy that thinks about getting waxed.

The “Do me Dirty “coffee scrub is by far the best product I have ever used . It gently exfoliates but the best thing is how your skin feels and looks afterwards. I’m in my 50’s and it makes my skin look at least 10yrs younger . I’m health conscience and I embrace all of the natural ingredients that is in the scrub. Best scrub ever !!

Awesome Salon... I was hesitant to do a Brazilian style but the place was so clean and professional they made me feel very comfortable. Im glad I got the package and look forward to my treatments. Total pros!

I used to regularly come here, but stopped when the owner went down to the other location a few years back. I visited again last month and am pleased to say that I will once again be a regular. I expected to have to schedule another appointment by now, but have barely any growth over 4 weeks later!

I had an amazing experience! I went here for just an eyebrow wax because my girlfriend told me it was time to clean them up! I went in and Kristina was the girl who did my service and let me tell you, she is one amazing sales person!! She told me that I could actually get my neck waxed and somehow convinced me it was for me. Boy was she right, i have never had such a smooth neck since before puberty! My girlfriend was so happy too. I will defiantly be making regular visits just alone for that. Kristina not only up soled the service, but gained a regular client! I recently got a Brazilian done here and It was my first time so I was super nervous. Kristina was the woman who did my service and she literally made it so much less intimidating!! She was really funny but very professional. I can not believe how quick she was too I was literally there for like 20 minute from walk in to walk out and paid. If you are looking for a quick clean wax you need to ask for Kristina ! It might have been my first full Brazilian experience but thanks to the amazing experience I had, it will not be my last !!! Ive had two Brazilians done here, and finally just bought a pack of 6. Super relaxing atmosphere, clean, with excellent service and advice. I had Drea for my last visit, and I love the way she just breezes through the process before you even realize it might hurt - definitely makes it a much less painful experience!

Proper Puss is the only place Ive ever gone for waxing and I am very satisfied with the service and feel comfortable with the employees. Stephanie is very calm and kind and does well at helping to keep things from becoming awkward. She does precise work in quite a speedy fashion which is great for getting the pain over with quickly.

I go every month for my waxing with Stephanie and wouldnt have it any other way! I know some people would rather a stranger.. but for me... its like Ive known Stephanie for years! I purchased a 6 pack of Brazilian laser for my girlfriend Lisa for Christmas and saved $270 dollars versus buying them individually. The shop was extremely clean and staff was very friendly and polite. She always speaks very highly of Drea and how comfortable she makes Lisa feel as well as the procedure is surprisingly painless.

Although I was not a good candidate (I am black) she was kind and professional and gave me recommendations on what machine to ask for at other laser spas. Please ignore reviews here or other spas of people getting offended and calling it racism. IT IS NOT. They are trying to save you time and money and potential scarring by using a machine not made for you. I appreciate her for letting me know. If you are concerned that your skin may not be a good candidate and dont want to drive there to be turned away I would recommend calling first. The place is clean and the lady was lovely and seemed professional. BUT, sadly, upon arriving home I noticed several areas that still had hair (in the zones I paid for, of course). Especially areas that are difficult to reach (basically the reason I came). Had to spend 20 minutes with an epilator. Not what you expect after paying 115 dollars + tip.Noticed that they don’t have a proper lamp (the place I go to at home has a giant LED lamp with a rolling base, can’t miss anything with that kind of light).Probably will not return.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here for services! I could not be happier with the results, treatment, or atmosphere I experienced here. Drea took great care of me and is knowledgeable and efficient. I was nervous about my laser treatment but it was painless. Totally worth my time.

After moving to Ithaca for grad school, I had to find a new go-to waxing salon but Im very particular about my brows. Rachael did my brows on my birthday (I took a leap of faith!) and I was so pleased! I loved the shape and the care she took to listen to my preferences.

Ive been twice to the salon and am a complete devotée! I literally drive 45 minutes to get here - one way - and its totally worth it!! Suzanne took care of me today and Ive had Brazilians done since 2004, primarily in Virginia - shes the best Ive ever had. I was totally comfortable, she was completely thorough and put me at ease, I can honestly say that it was not at all uncomfortable and I will happily refer anyone interested in any waxing services. Bonus - the appointments are always on time and only take 20 minutes.

I have done waxes all my life and unfortunately, this was one of the worst. I would have loved to say otherwise because its a very convenient location for me but the person got the wax all stuck and couldnt remove it, seemed very inexperienced.
