Im sad to write a bad review. For over four years I was a patient with this practice and glad for the excellent care. Yet, in what seemed like a moment of anger, Dr. Law discharged me as a patient, effective immediately. This happened over email; he discharged me in response to an email I sent him. His reason for discharging me, he said, was that I do not trust him. His decision is certainly not based on my feelings, though. While I tried to repair the miscommunication, discussion was over, because Id been discharged. I am surprised that Dr. Law has allowed a moments reaction to result in such definitive action, action with significant consequences for me. The covid-19 pandemic has put incredible stress on the medical community; maybe Dr. Law has been stretched too thin. My recent experience is not consistent with past experiences, but it has been distressing and disappointing.

I can only speak to my provider, Dr. Cramer, within the IthacaMed practice. She was my primary care provider and gynecologist for the three years I lived in Ithaca and I could not be more content with the quality of the care she provided. She was thorough, thoughtful, non-judgmental, colloquial and genuinely considerate. She brings her personality to her practice and is an incredibly intuitive and astute medical professional.

This is by far the best medical practice Ive been to. (Been to many -- Im 57). All practitioners and staff are excellent. Theyve gotten me in on short notice when sick with no problem. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to give the best care. Cant say enough about how grateful I am to be a patient here.

I have type 1 Diabetes and am a healthcare provider myself. I have been searching for a physician who knows their stuff and cares about spending time with the patient and I have found that in Dr. Law. The staff is wonderful and the process with the patient portal is easy! I am willing to drive 1.5 hours to this practice!

The doctors are decent enough but trying to make an appointment through the patient portal is difficult because their hours are so bazaar. I messaged them through the patient portal and said they didnt have any on the days I was looking for so they scheduled me for a day I couldnt do. Finally I called to reschedule the appointment they made for me, then scheduled my entire day around it because I live half an hour away and when I showed up they Didnt have me down. That was my 3rd time there. Not worth it for me.

IthacaMed has been my primary caregiver since 2000. Dr Adam Law is a highly ethical, highly intelligent and knowledgeable practitioner. I am grateful for the diligent and respectful care I receive from Dr. Law, the nurse practitioners, Bill Larsen and Hannah Cramer, and the nursing and front desk staff.

Dr. Law is awesome, staff is wonderful.

My respect for Dr. Law knows no bounds. He has worked with me for at least 20 years and he is a consummate professional.

Make sure you ask up front what you will be responsible for before your appointment because they sure won’t offer that up. Very frustrating and expensive for basic routine services. Secondly, I will miss seeing Dr.Cramer in the future due to their new office vaccine mandate. She is wonderful.
