Went in to because my wisdom tooth was giving me pain and they ended up extracting it. The whole experience was great; the front desk associate Marla was very friendly and diligent in sending me updates about the appointment as well as in helping me schedule an appointment the same day. Dr. Kim and her assistant were both very friendly and they optionally can play music during the procedure. After the removal, they explained the post-treatment care very well (they even gave me a sheet with all the info I needed to know). The procedure was seamless and their expertise saved me from having to go to an oral surgeon!

I am not great at taking care of my own health. I actively avoid doctors offices and dentists. So take it from me when I say that I had a great experience here. Lisa, my technician was warm and personable and obviously very knowledgeable. We did my Xrays first, and then cleaning. During which evidence-based recommendations were made to better my dental health and casual conversation was had regard our families, my upcoming wedding, and her daughters senior year. Afterwards Dr. Kim came in and was also very warm and personable asking me about my life, and telling me about hers. She discussed my wisdom teeth in further detail with next actionable steps to take. I left the appointment with a goodie bag and a feeling of community that I didnt expect to receive. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Ng is taking exceptional steps to prevent Covid-19 such as testing patients. I had Mary as my hygienist and she is very good at lecturing me to brush my teeth properly. Thank you very much!

Dr. Ngs dentistry office has been retrofitted to protect patients against Covid-19. They even have a procedure for disinfecting shoes. Dr. Ng is very professional and compassionate. I recommend her growing practice.

I went to this dental office for my 6 months cleaning. I had Lisa as my hygienist, she is funny and kind. I really like her!!! She used air polish on my teeth and it was very cool tool because I never seen air polish before, it moved all my coffee stain like magic!!!!! I will definitely come back!!! : )

Dr. Ng took care of my teeth when I was traveling on the East Coast and couldnt see my regular dentist at home. She did an excellent job cleaning and sealing a wisdom tooth that I was worried about and wanted to have taken care of before my return home. Tooth has given me no more problems after she sealed it. Fees were very reasonable, and she had an upbeat approach to her work. Plan to use her dental services again if am traveling in the area and need further care.

I switched to Dr. Ng from my previous dentist because of her shining resume. Then I had my worst teeth cleaning experience. My face was spilled two time with water and polishing liquid during the fifteen-minute cleaning process due to unknown equipment issues. Finally I met Dr. Ng. She asked for my name, which dentist I went to before, teased that I was suiciding going to that place. After five minutes, she left... forever. The hygienist took an X-ray image of my teeth and asked me to make another appointment to redo my filling. I asked to discuss this with Dr. Ng but was told that she is with two other patients doing root canal at the same time and would not discuss my concerns before my next visit. I insisted to talk to Dr. Ng before I make any further appointment. The hygienist went to Dr. Ng briefly and then asked me to leave. She shut the door in front of my face. I will never go to this place again!Update: I went to another five-star dentist at Ithaca and was told my filling is totally fine.

Very friendly Doctor and staff. Professional and accommodating. I had an ugly crown turning black from another dentist and she completely re-did it and now it looks so beautiful. They only use high quality zirconia crowns so they look so natural unlike the metal-fused to porcelain crowns.

I am very happy with Dr. Ng and Mary, my dental hygienist. Mary does a great job, is very professional, and is extremely nice. Dr. Ng has only given me checkups so far, but she does a very thorough job at each checkup. Also, the staff couldnt be nicer.

I would like to thank Dr. Mavis Ng and her team for a great treatment on my teeth.I went to Dr. Ng because of a sensitive root while I was traveling in Ithaca last week. She quickly filled my gum roots in an hour. It was a fast and effective treatment. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this dentist to others.

This Dental office is the best practice I have encountered over the years. Dr. Ng is very personable and highly skilled, and the office staff and hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I had a bothersome tooth, and had visited several different dental offices over the years, but only Dr. Ng spent the time and through history and a few diagnostic manipulations immediately ascertained I had a cracked tooth. I am receiving a dental implant now, and as a medical professional myself, I can really appreciate that I am in good hands at this dental practice.

When Dr. Ungberg retired, I hesitated about going to Dr. Ng, even though Dr. Ungberg had heartily recommended her. I put off making an appointment for so long, that her office ended up calling me. Now I cant imagine life without Dr. Ng and her staff. Everyone is polite, pleasant, and professional, and yes, I do enjoy my appointments!

Dr. Ng is very knowledgable and gentle. I had a problem with my wisdom tooth, and she was able to identify the issue and solve it right away.I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no pain at all with the injection, and the surgery was quick and smooth!!The staff were kind, and the office was modern and clean.
