Hi Issaquah Manager!!!I really mad of your front desk employee in Issaquah location. I am right now here for registration for Swimming class for my little son (8yrs) , your employee guy told me, all registration lists are booked up and no more space. He said registration started last month and now is closed.My big concern is:I was here last month, other employees said, registration is closed and next month open.Who says true???????What is going on here?Are they playing with us?From last month, my little son waiting for swim class.And right now your employee saying you are going to be close for 6 months.I disappointed ☹️

Great place for soccer and bouncy house fun!! Our kid loves going to learn and play. The team is very helpful and its easy to reschedule any missed classes.

We attended a friend’s five year old birthday here and, and I was blown away by the service. Not o oh was it a great destination for high energy 4-5 yo but the staff was amazing! Especially Tanner who was so good with the kids. They also made us feel safe and comfortable by following Covid guidelines. I definitely would recommend this for a kids birthday party.

I was really disappointed to see that they aren’t taking any COVID precautions. My daughter came in for a trial class and she was the only one wearing a mask. Halfway through the class, she hands me her mask and said “the coach says I don’t need to wear this.” Really wanted to like this place 😞

Clean facility, friendly staff, quality turf and boards. Friday night drop-in is a great way to get some time on the pitch and find teams to play with.

Very disappointed with the way Arena Sports in Issaquah treated my 10 year old. We have been patrons to Arena Sports in Issaquah since early 2018 and were happy with the coaching until recently one of the coaches bumped my 10 year old to Skills level -2 and later coach quit. The new lady coach started discouraging my 10 year old pestering her to go back to Skills Level-1. As a result my 10 year old was upset and decided to quit. We have requested refund from Arena Sports by emailing Omar Comacho several times however, no response.

It’s a nice place but they never, never answer the phone.

Good place to take the kids to get some energy out and the front desk people are always very friendly and helpful. Ive had nice exchanges with the girl with the light brown hair at the front desk. she answered all my questions and is always very pleasant. Good cheap beer too!

Best 1 field complex in the country

A parents dream! This location is attached to Issaquah Fitness so our family is able to have one kid in soccer, one kid in swim and one kid working out all on the same night at the same place. We have eliminated the endless running around without the kids having to compromise anything AND our weekends are left free for our other activities.

Coach Omar is an absolute Master with the 3-4 year olds. The kids are absolutely engaged every single minute playing games that teach important skills. Amazing and a pleasure to watch! Fantastic! 5 stars for Coach Omar!!!

This place works great for my 4 year old. Once a week on monday mornings, not twice a week like most toddler lessons. Quality swim lessons at affordable price. Hes progressing so well!

Never knew the place was there...we played a box lacrosse league there and what cool place. Has something for everyone. Nice to sit back and enjoy a cold beer while watching the game. Staff is very professional and polite.

We go there almost every Friday for the Soccer drop in.i really like it, the guys who works there are nice.we start playing on time and finish on time.. it is competetive but on the same time so safe and nobody is really taking it so serious to a point where there will be injuries.good place to play soccer.

Fun for kids, affordable, though this isnt a place where kids would learn how to play soccer decently. More like weekend fun.

The soccer classes are well worth the money. Excellent instructors who give their enthusiastic all every class, to every child. The curriculum is well written, leveled, and it doesnt take the kids long start gaining skills and understanding the concept of team. My grandson was 4 in March and did well in the 4-5 year old class, but it is really individual. Managers and staff worked with us to find the proper class for him and I appreciated their concern for his emotional and physical development. We also played on the inflatable toys every single week after class. A great, unique outlet, especially on rainy days.

Its a nice facility, I play in an Adult league and my daughter used to enroll in one of their childrens programs. The recent change in management at this location has not done it any favors, the arbitration at the games is horrendous and has taken any enjoyment straight out of these games. Local management fails to listen to customer concerns and take appropriate action.The childrens programs are too repetitive and down right boring, they lure you in with an exciting trial but after a few sessions your child begs you to go home mid-session.

Good field. lots of different skill levels. so far my kid is enjoying the beginner levels. parking is plentiful too.

I was really looking forward for my daughter to start soccer here, unfortunately after multiple calls and leaving messages, nobody got back to me. I cant say anything about the instructors but their customer service is terrible. I would rather take my business somewhere else!

They have a really nice swimming area for kids and affordable classes as well. They also have soccer classes available and kids play area around the corner.

Nice enough facility with well maintained inflatables, good food and nice party facilities.

I come to this place for the bounce section. Its relatively clean and the kids enjoy themselves. The food and entry are cheap.The reason Im only giving four stars is because of the inconsistent hours. If there are no soccer games going on, management will close the bouncy houses even though the facility is still open. They will also close the houses off to when theres a birthday party. Because if that, you should ALWAYS call before getting in the car to visit. It will save you a lot of headache and energy IF someone picks up the phone. If they dont, I wouldnt risk the trek just to be disappointed.

This place is pretty good. Great field. The refs are really nice. Friendly staff. It could be a lot cleaner though.

This place is the best! I wish we had a place like this where I live. There are so many tv’s, so much equipment and it is really clean. I couldn’t ask for more.

Love this place! Great programs for little kids (liitle kickers) they have so much fun they hardly know they are learning a sport. Nice to have a pint after a game without having to head out either.

Once youre there its great - they are god awful at answering their phones. Interested to know what their excuse is for never answering.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Very bad experience with make up classes, they don’t take kids for make up class even when the current class is not full. My daughter missed her class due to snow days, when we tried to get a make up class for her, we weee turned down even when the class was almost empty

My daughter had a birthday party there. Part of the Bday party package was for her to receive a shirt with her name printed on it. As you can imagine, she did not get one, it wasnt ready. I followed up 10 days after the party, still no shirt, I was told it may will arrive with next order, which will put us in close to 3 weeks after the event. Overall, it is a decent place, a little bit disorganized. Girls helping in the room were very nice, helpful and efficient. Cant say this same about the event coordinators. Also out 18 kids attending the bday party, 2 yellow shirts that were provided and had to be worn there, were very dirty.
