I have been taking my 3 kids to this practice for years and always found it difficult to schedule appointments but I thought that is how most of the practices are. Once I scheduled an appointment months in advance and for some unavoidable reason I was 10 min late and I was told since you are late you will have to reschedule. I said fair enough its my fault so I rescheduled. Today I had an appointment again, I was 5 min early and was told doctor is running behind schedule so I will have to wait for 30 min. The staff was extremely rude and told me she is a busy doctor so either wait or reschedule like my time is not important. I dont think it is worth the hassle when you dont even get the respect and service you deserve. There are many better options out there.

Weve used Dr. Hiegel for years and love her care and concern for our children. She is very knowledgeable, has great bedside manner and has always answered all our questions. The nurses are great and very personable. However some of the office staff are not as friendly. However Dr. Hiegel makes it all worth it!

My son has been a patient of Dr. David Hildebrand for years and we will be hard pressed to find a better physician for our child as he will be retiring in April of 2019. I would give Dr. Hildebrand a 5 out of 5 star rating, he is that good. However, the scheduling staff for this office is extremely rude (the type of rude that makes you wonder why someone would do this job in the first place as clearly, they dont enjoy it).I am a working mother and it is a challenge to schedule appointments between my work schedule and my childs activities outside of school. One of the staff members at this office made a scheduling error that resulted in my taking my son in for an appointment on a day when the office was closed and rather than apologize, when calling to reschedule, she copped an attitude with me. On a side note, it was mentioned during this call that this office does not have the resources to do immunization appointments on Saturdays or send reminder notifications about immunization appointments (isnt there software that sends texts for these types of situations?).No parent needs this type of treatment or hassle, life is difficult enough already. There are other options out there that provide quality medical care, skip the headache and find another place to take your kids.
