Dr. Mo saved me. I am working online all day now and I could not sit for more than 20 minutes at a time. My eyes hurt, back and neck were in agony, and I fell way behind in my work. Dr. Mo opened my neck and back up and taught me all the stretches to keep it that way. I got caught up with work and I feel much much better. I am happier and far more positive. I have been a patient of Dr. Justin Lee for a year and in that time he and his staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I am greeted by my first name when arriving and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. The office is centrally located with plenty of parking and the office space is well designed, clean and cheerful. MySpines office hours are convenient and the office staff is proactive in setting up future appointments to ensure there is no lapse in the treatment schedule.At my initial visit, Dr. Justin spent a considerable amount of time understanding my issues and required x-rays prior to initiating treatment to ensure he received a complete medical diagnosis. His attention to detail and his thorough analysis of my issues allowed him to create the best possible treatment plan for my situation.His plan called for in office manipulation as well as exercises I was to perform outside of his office. Each week he would ask how I did with my exercise and would provide a new exercise for me to work on. In the time I have been seeing Dr. Justin Lee I have never once felt disappointment in my level of care. His diagnosis, treatment and management of my medical condition has been outstanding and I highly recommend mySpine.You could not find a better doctor or staff to provide superior service and support to any sports or spine injury that requires chiropractic and/or massage services.

Although our family has not had the need for their services, their office would be the first choice for us. I normally do not care to write reviews anywhere but I had no problem taking some time to write a review for MySpine. This is my very first visit to a chiropractors office in my life and it turned out to be one of the best chiropractors visits! I injured my shoulder over the weekend and could not move my right arm. The next day I woke up with excruciating pain and could not get dressed without tears in my eyes. I was not able to move my right arm. I scheduled an appointment with them and they were able to get me in right away and on the same day. Everyone in the office was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I saw Dr. Justin Lee for my shoulder and he was very professional and made my visit very comfortable. He explained in details what was wrong with me and performed few treatments. Right after the visit with him, I came out as a completely different person. No pain!! I was able to resume my daily duties on the same day!! It was amazing!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Justin Lee to everyone who is seeking a good, honest, knowledgable and very professional chiropractor!! I wish I can give more than 5 stars for this place! Thumbs up for an awesome customer service! I am one happy patient!

Honestly could not say more positive things when it comes to Myspine! They are quick and easy to get a hold of; have always been able to get in when need be and cancel without a hassle. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job going beyond just cracking your back and getting you out of there as quickly as possible. With having knee problems from being an active athlete Dr. Justin was able to get my mobility back better then ever and even decrease much of my knee pain. The knowledge is clearly present and I felt 100 percent comfortable with all practicing staff and enjoyed every visit. I will always suggest Myspine to all my close friends and family and feel lucky to have such a great location nearby!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a chiropractor ever. And I was already at many offices nationwide I had some pain in my leg and went for some appointments my spine. After 4 treatments they told me that the bill is already around $ 700. I immediately stopped going there because I do not think this prize reflects the service. not at all!!!!!I called the practice, and the reception but they always told me I need to wait until the insurance answers. I never heard back from them. I just received the bill and it was close to $500. I emailed and left several voicemails for their office manager. She never called me back. One time somebody talked with me about the invoice and told me this is a normal invoice and every line is correct. She pushed me to pay otherwise there will be consequences.If your insurance pays everything people might accept it but it should not be the normal way.This chiropractor is the worst and most expensive one I have ever visited with zero results. I lost a lot of money and I really tell everybody - there are so many chiropractors out there - you dont need to waste your money at myspine sports Chiropractic in Issaquah.The customer service is bad too and nobody cares for your issues. The only answer I received was the same invoice with a Past due stamp on it.A chiropractic appointment is barely 5-10 minutes and many charge under $30 per appointment even with no insurance, and they’re charging $150 per visit? This is very ridiculous and in my eyes a fraud.

One of the best Chiropractic offices in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Always warm and inviting and I feel so much better after leaving. They have solved some issues that have been lingering for years, never thought that I would feel this good again. Thank you.

Dr. Justin Lee provided excellent care to both my daughter and me for new and longer term injuries. His Graston technique provides immediate improvement in range of motion and pain relief. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and treatment plans are well thought out and deliver results.

Towards the end of January I woke up with terrible hip pain and discovered that I have SI joint pain in both hips and have a slipped disk in my back again between my S1 and L5 vertebrae. I was referred to a chiropractor that I saw multiple times a week as well as going to Physical Therapy but on a good my pain level was still really high and I lost my job.The first time I saw Dr. David, he did ART on my hips and an adjustment and I woke up the next morning with the ability to bend over and tie my shoes! I have seen home for a few adjustments now over the last month and a half and had a little more ART and my pain level is finally down low enough that I have been able to add in a no impact workouts like yoga and PiYo!This is what I was hoping to accomplish before...ART is like magic!

We love MySpine! Both Dr. Lees are awesome and have healed so many of our members injuries. You have to try them out if you have a nagging injury. Lastly, they want to help you so that you dont have to keep coming back.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a chiropractor. After a recent accident, I took my 17 year old daughter to mySpine as it came recommended from one of her friends. Dr Justin Lee provided the first treatment that was good, but then the next time my daughter’s treatment was provided by Dr. Kim. He did not manipulate my daughter’s spine but asked her to do cat-cow pose – many repetitions – all the while staring at her in a way that made her very uncomfortable. So she came to the reception and told the girl there that she did not want to work with Dr. Kim. She was then told by the receptionist that they could not do anything to change her doctor. So she told them then she would not come anymore as she wasn’t comfortable. She should have canceled her appointments right there, but being a 17 year old she did not think to do so. She came back and told me she was not going anymore as she did not like the treatment.After this incident, I did not get any calls from this practice. But after 2 weeks I received a bill for $150 for 3 missed appointments. I called the practice, and the reception told me they knew nothing about it. I emailed and left several voicemails for their office manager. She never called me back. Then I received another letter in the mail saying the charges were fair as my daughter did not show up for the appointments. Really? She specifically told the reception she would not be coming back. Rather than be concerned, or call her parent (me), they just let her appointments slide and then sent me a bill. I asked them why they hadn’t called me, and they said they did not have my number. This is a lie as my daughter’s guarantor and it being an accident claim I had filled out several forms with my information. Then Dr. Justin Lee contacted me, gave me a long winded explanation and the end result? Rather than care about my daughter’s well being, he just insisted that the $50 charge per missed appointment was fair. Even if a teenager is feeling really uncomfortable? And no one contacted the parent after the first missed appointment?A chiropractic appointment is barely 5-10 minutes and many charge under $30 per appointment even with no insurance, and they’re charging $50 for a missed appointment? It’s clear they’re using this as a money making machine rather than trying to get people well again.I am extremely frustrated by their cavalier attitude and their lack of any concern for my daughter’s issues. They just waited for a while and kept billing late charges without trying to contact me. Who does that? And after several emails and phone calls from me, they’ve just replied by letter or email, never in person and they’re still insisting I owed them this charge. I asked for an in-person meeting but they couldn’t find the time while my daughter was still in town before she left for college. I’m appalled by their handling of the situation and lack of concern. I have been to many other chiropractors and they have taken good care of me, and been more concerned about my well-being than missed appointments. I do not recommend this place.Update: Dr Justin Lee has responded below and hes again talking about the charge for missed appointments and nothing to address our concerns about the type of treatment, which is why my daughter no longer wanted to go to them.

My son has worked here for approx. 2-1/2 years as an LMP, he has volunteered to work occasional Saturdays and has put alot of time and energy into his work to help clients with their health. A few months ago he was in an accident that totalled his car and they forced him to come to work the next day, even though he was hurting and felt like he was unable to physically do his job. Last week, Dr. Justin placed him on hourly pay and removed him off salary, which would mean he only gets paid when he has a client booked. That next day, my son found an email that Dr. Justin had sent out to the rest of the employees telling them not to book any clients with him if possible; so they wouldt have to pay him and to try and talk the clients into booking chiropractic or physical therapy instead of massage therapy with my son. Wow! thats what you get for being a valuable employee???? I would tell everyone I know not to ever book any type of treatment at this kind of establishment.

This is my go to place for all sports-related injuries. I swear by Dr. Justin and his approach to healing and recovery from injury.
