Wonderful experience. Easy to schedule, no billing issues, helpful admin staff and great therapists who are knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend.

Avoid Dayspring Behavioral Health at all costs. In my experience, the good providers that did work here had repeated issues and often left for other practices, including a provider that I had been working with. Their office is highly unresponsive and is in no way oriented toward supporting the patient experience. Six months after a conversation where their admin confirmed that my billing was completely squared away, Dayspring Behavioral Health sent me a sizable invoice, on Christmas Eve no less, saying they had previously missed this and only discovered it during their year-end review of the books. You deserve better than Dayspring Behavioral Health when it comes to your personal wellness and mental health care.

My family saw multiple therapists at this practice and had a great experience with all of them; they all had useful recommendations for our family. We did not have any billing issues. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful find. From start to finish. I Left a voicemail, my call was returned within a few hours. The lady on reception was so helpful and kind and got me scheduled within the week. I would definitely recommend this office.

The therapists at Dayspring Behavioral Health are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and their administrative staff is very helpful. I was referred there by a friend whos child had received services there, and who similarly had a very positive experience. Highly recommend this group if you or your child needs counseling!

Initially some difficulty with billing that was remedied over the course of the month. As for my Therapist: Dr. Metzger is top notch, and I give him high recommendation. The value I’ve received from my time here is invaluable.

First time writing a review...ever! I want to be cautious because my husband and I actually had a good experience taking our daughter to see Dr. Amy Ford. She was professional. And we came away with some concrete recommendations. Disappointment set in when the bill arrived. We were quoted an estimated total between $500 - $700 for the testing we wanted to have done. We paid our initial bill of $575 but then received an additional bill for $800. We inquired through the office to get some clarification about the tests given, the stated dates and the diagnostic codes. We were routed to their billing company. We did not get a response from the billing company so went back to the office. We kept getting a bill month after month but over the course of 9 months, we have yet to get a response to address our questions about our bill. It is now one year later and we decided to pay the bill anyway because it seems the right thing to do. Huge disappointment though. Ultimately, it was our responsibility to get clarity on this information beforehand. I might add that we are fortunate because we actually have good insurance so we were not concerned. We feel misled and disappointed that the staff or Dr Ford did not address our questions.

If you have Premera insurance that will only pay claims from in network providers, you may want to check directly with your insurance before seeing a provider at this clinic. I was told by staff that they are in network. I called my insurance to verify and they aren’t. The staff called me and argued with me that my insurance would pay even after I told her a rep from my plan told me they wouldn’t cover the services. I told her I’m not the only one this has happened to and to consider not telling potential patients this and she hung up on me.

I have worked with Dayspring and the therapists there are amazing! They really care about their patients and the staff are extremely friendly and amazing. I would recommend any one of the therapists. I also want to say the receptionist is wonderful to deal with as well! Now with two locations to choose from, they make it convenient to be seen and treated.

Val, is perhaps the rudest Scheduler one could encounter! Why is this person employed there?? If this persons attitude is indication of the quality or level of care one can expect, best that anyone looking at this business GO ELSEWHERE! The Star is generous...I would not offer any otherwise.

We found Dayspring Behavioral Health a couple years ago to help one of our children with a complex issue and anxiety. It was the third place that we had consulted. Mary had good ideas and came up with a couple of ways to problem solve. She resolved some underlying issues. We were very happy and highly recommend them. Very friendly staff as well and we really felt that our family was respected and welcomed.
